Abstract: A method for improving a spurious free dynamic range and a signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio of a capacitor-resistor combined successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter by capacitor re-configuration, the method including: 1) arranging 128 unit capacitors in a positive array and a negative array, respectively, dividing unit capacitors of symmetrical positions of the positive array and the negative array into groups to yield a total of 128 groups of capacitors; 2) acquiring 128 digital codes corresponding to 128 groups of capacitors; 3) sorting the 128 groups of capacitors from maximum to minimum according to the 128 digital codes obtained in 2), and recording the 128 groups of capacitors after sorting as C1-C128; and 4) selecting 64 groups of capacitors from C33 to C96, and reconfiguring the 64 groups of capacitors in capacitor arrays of the capacitor-resistor analog-to-digital converter.

Abstract: A system for testing thermal response time of an uncooled infrared focal plane detector array and a method therefor is provided. The system comprises: a blackbody, a chopper, a detector unit under test and a testing system. The method comprises: emitting radiation by the blackbody, chopping by the chopper, then radiating the radiation to the uncooled infrared focal plane detector array under test; generating different responses on the radiation at different chopping frequencies by the uncooled infrared focal plane detector array under test; collecting different response values of the uncooled infrared focal plane detector array under test at different chopping frequencies; obtaining response amplitude at a corresponding frequency in a frequency domain by FFT; fitting according to a formula Rv ( f ) = Rv ( 0 ) 1 + ( 2 π f τ ) 2 to obtain the thermal response time.

Abstract: A hybrid distributed amplification method based on a random fiber laser generated within erbium fiber with low doping concentration, i.e. weak erbium-doped fiber (WEDF), which includes: Step 1. constructing a fiber link via WEDF; Step 2. generating the random fiber laser based on the fiber link, the pump source, the wavelength division multiplexer and the strong feedback module; Step 3. constructing the spatial equalized gain based on hybrid gain of the erbium fiber and random fiber laser; Step 4. the signal is amplified by the hybrid spatial equalized gain. The present invention solves the typical problem of high laser threshold and low pump conversion efficiency when conventional fiber is used to generate random fiber laser for distributed amplification.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for automatically adjusting the hold-off time of a DSO based on real-time cycle measurements of the system trigger signal: obtaining a cycle sequence by measuring the system trigger signal, the maximum cycle and minimum cycle, then judging the difference of the maximum cycle and minimum cycle: if the difference is greater than a threshold set by user, setting the hold-off time to the maximum cycle, the minimum cycle or the median cycle, then returning; otherwise terminating the adjustment of the hold-off time. At this point, the hold-off time is correctly set. Therefore, the present invention reduces the complexity and time consumption of the hold-off adjustment, and allows the test signal to be quickly and stably displayed on screen of DSO, meanwhile, which makes the trigger adjustment of DSO more convenient.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for adding jitters to the edges of a pulse sequence, the pulse sequence which edges is needed to adding jitters to is sent to a first edge-pulse converter and a second edge-pulse converter respectively, and be converted into a rising edge pulse signal and a falling edge pulse signal. The rising edge pulse signal and the falling edge pulse signal are delayed by different fixed times, and for the edge pulse signal which is delayed shorter, it should be further delayed by a programmable delay circuit, thus the edge to which the jitter is added can be adjusted to a leading position or a lagging position according to a jitter data read out from a jitter data storage, so the synthesized pulse sequence with jitter-added edges can be used as test signal for jitter tolerance measurement.

Abstract: A speckle-free imaging light source based on a random fiber laser (RFL) using a strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber, relating to a field of optical fiber laser illumination light source, is provided, mainly including a pumping source and an optical fiber loop mirror, and further including the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber with/without a single-mode optical fiber. Through directly adopting the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber or combining the single-mode optical fiber with the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber to serve as a main device in the RFL-based illumination light source, the generated RFL has multiple transvers modes and low spatial coherence which prevent speckle formation during illumination, which provides an ideal illumination light source for high-speed full-field speckle-free imaging technology.

The lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor comprises the silicon substrate, the buried oxide, and the drift region, the channel region, ohm-contact-high-doping region, the cathode, the gate dielectric, the anode contact, the gate, the cathode contact, the anode, which are placed above the silicon substrate, the electric field intensifier is placed at the upper surface of the drift region between the anode and the channel region to generate an electric field that starts from anode and points to the bottom surface of the electric field intensifier. The electric field intensifier is isolated from the drift region by the dielectric. The invention realizes performance improvements for both the conduction and the switching behaviors of the LIGBT device.

Abstract: A resistorless CMOS low power voltage reference circuit is provided. The start-up circuit is used to prevent the circuit to stay in the zero state and stop working when the circuit gets out of the zero state. The self-biased VPTAT generating circuit generate the voltage VPTAT which has positive temperature coefficient. The square-law current generating circuit generates a square-law current which is proportional to μT2 through the VPTAT. Finally, the reference voltage VREF is obtained by introducing the square-law current into the reference voltage output circuit. The reference voltage VREF of this application can realize approximative zero temperature coefficient in the temperature range of −40° C.˜ 100° C. This application improves temperature characteristic which may be poorer due to temperature nonlinearity of carrier mobility based on the traditional subthreshold reference. This application can reduce the power consumption from μW level to nW level and realize low power consumption.
