摘要: A control device for an injection molding machine including a cylinder into which a resin is supplied and a screw that moves forward and rearward and rotates inside the cylinder, includes a metering control unit that performs metering of the resin inside the cylinder by controlling forward rotation and rearward movement of the screw until the screw has been moved rearward to a predetermined metering position, based on predetermined metering conditions, a rearward movement speed acquisition unit acquiring a rearward movement speed of the screw, a speed determination unit that determines a suck back speed for causing a resin pressure to reach a target pressure, based on the rearward movement speed acquired during metering by the rearward movement speed acquisition unit, and a suck back control unit causing the screw to move further rearward based on the suck back speed, after the screw has reached the predetermined metering position.

摘要: A nozzle tip for guiding a valve pin of a nozzle for injecting molten material into a mold during injection molding is described.
The nozzle tip consists of an outer member, provided with an axial pass-through cavity, which at one end comprises a central pass-through conduit for the exit of the molten material, an inner member, having an axial pass-through cavity, which is coaxially mounted within the outer member and comprises a tapered tip with a hole to direct the molten material to the central conduit, and an annular-shape insert made of wear-resistant material, with a central pass-through cavity into which the valve pin can slide and mounted in correspondence with the central pass-through conduit.
To prevent or mitigate wear, the central pass-through cavity of the insert is constituted of the juxtaposition of a cylindrical-shape cavity portion and a conical-shape cavity portion, and the insert is a separate piece and directly interposed between the tapered tip of the inner member and an inner surface of the outer member so that said tapered tip abuts against the inlet of the conical-shape cavity portion at a zone of mutual contact.-

摘要: A plasticizing unit is provided for an injection unit of an injection moulding machine with a support element arranged beneath the cylinder and connected therewith. To simplify adjusting of the nozzle centre, a fixing element surrounds the end of the support element facing away from the cylinder such that a distance is present between the fixing element and the support element. Several adjusting elements are provided, to produce a force-fitting and/or form-fitting connection between the fixing element and the support element to adjust the position of the support element relative to the fixing element in a plane orthogonally to the cylinder axis. The plasticizing unit can be clamped in and out with its fixing element in a clamping- and positioning system connected with the machine bed. On changeover of the plasticizing unit, an adjusting of the nozzle centre, which has been carried out once, is retained.

摘要: An injection unit for a shaping machine includes a plasticizing cylinder which has a collar and a carrier portion which has a trough. The plasticizing cylinder is arranged in the trough, and an axial movement of the plasticizing cylinder relative to the carrier portion is restrained in positively locking engagement by the collar bearing against the carrier portion. A clamping element which is fixed or shaped on the plasticizing cylinder is fixed by fixing elements to the carrier portion in such a way that the plasticizing cylinder is braced between the trough and the clamping element. The plasticizing cylinder is braced by bracing elements against lifting of the collar off the carrier portion in an axial direction of the plasticizing cylinder.

摘要: In an injection molding method, using a heating cylinder having on the front end thereof a discharge nozzle, a single axis screw is rotatable inside the heating cylinder, a fiber-supplying device fills reinforcing fiber into the heating cylinder, and injection molding is performed while supplying the reinforcing fiber and the resin starting material separately and supplying the reinforcing fiber on the front side of the resin starting material. The method includes a plasticization process for obtaining a specified amount of a kneaded product by retracting the screw while rotating in the normal direction to melt the resin starting material and knead reinforcing fiber into the melted resin starting material, and an injection process for discharging the kneaded product from the discharge nozzle by advancing the screw. Reinforcing fiber is supplied into the heating cylinder in the injection process.

The resin molded body according to the present invention includes first phases (21, 24) in which convex and concave parts extend in substantially linear directions (D, E), observed within a measurement range (A) of 5 μm×5 μm arbitrarily selected on a resin cross section and the first phases account for 50% or more. The first phases are preferably in a crystalline state. A second phase made of an amorphous substance (25) is preferably interposed between the first phases.

摘要: The present invention relates to a volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying method and device by an eccentric rotor. The rotation of the eccentric rotor and the rolling of the rotor in the inner cavity of a stator during constant reverse revolutions cause the volume of the material between the eccentric rotor and the stator to periodically change alternatively along the axial direction and the radial direction of the stator, thereby enabling the volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying of the material. The volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying device consists of a stator, of which the inner cavity comprises multiple alternatingly disposed spiral segments and straight segments, and an eccentric rotor comprising multiple alternatingly disposed eccentric spiral segments and eccentric straight segments. The eccentric rotor is disposed in the inner cavity of the stator. The eccentric spiral segments and the eccentric straight segments of the eccentric rotor correspond one-to-one with the spiral segments and straight segments of the stator. The present invention can be used as the extruding system of an extruder or be combined with different plunger injection units to form a plasticating injection device of an injection molding machine. The present invention has a short thermo-mechanical distance for the materials, low energy consumption, and wide adaptability.

摘要: An injection molding system and method of operating the system are disclosed. The system may include a hopper, a barrel configured to receive injection material from the hopper, a screw disposed within the barrel, and a mold defining a mold cavity configured to receive the injection material from the barrel. A pressure-balancing conduit may connect the mold cavity and a rear end of the barrel and be configured to allow air to flow from the mold cavity to the rear end of the barrel. A mold valve may be disposed between the pressure-balancing conduit and the mold cavity and a barrel valve may be disposed between the pressure-balancing conduit and the rear end of the barrel. The method may include opening the mold valve and injecting a material into the mold cavity from the barrel.
