    摘要: An air-conductive rotary sprinkler includes an air-conductive rotary sprinkling device and an air/fluid supply assembly. The air-conductive rotary sprinkling device further includes a main housing tube, an inner rotary tube and a rotary spray head. The rotary spray head includes a spray-head casing connected with the inner rotary tube and a guide plug installed inside the spray-head casing and further including a helical actuating groove, a helical conductive groove, a central channel and a sideway channel. The fluid in the fluid-conveying pipe can be sprayed along the base axis by the pressured airflow from the central channel, the rotary spray head is rotated by the pressured airflow from the helical air channel, the spray direction of the fluid originally flowing along the base axis is altered by the pressured airflow from the helical conductive channel so as to spray out of the rotary spray head in a rotary manner.

A piston positioned in the piston passage may include a stem and a bias element connected to move the piston and stem within the piston passage such that the presence of gas above a predetermined pressure in the piston passage overcomes a force of the bias element to displace the piston to move the tip away from the liquid orifice to open the liquid orifice.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a paint spray-gun even-pressure diverting housing structure formed by an inter housing and an outer housing, and the assembly is slotted into the paint spray-gun head cavity wherein the centers of both housings are respectively installed with holes for paint spray-gun nozzle cross-assembled into a set. The inner housing and the outer housing are installed using with two independent guiding gas channels for sending spraying paint airflow and atomization airflow, and the gaps of each guiding gas channel are cross-positioned in conduction. As the inner housing and outer housing are combined the channels of the two housing maintain the crossing relationship, thereby the spitted airflow and the atomization airflow spitted present circulating stream in the two guiding gas channels in both housings delay the time staying in the nozzle cavity, further to achieve even-exiting air effect and improve painting quality.

    摘要: An attachment to be employed with any spray device is disclosed. The attachment includes four vanes which are radially attached to an air hub with a central aperture, the central aperture adapted to receive the front portion of the spray device therethrough which when activated dispenses an atomizable substance in a pattern toward a workpiece. At the distal end of each of the four vanes, the vane is angled forward such that it generally points toward the workpiece. At the terminal end of each vane is a plurality of compressed air exit apertures. A compressed air source is attached to the air hub which guides the air through air conduits interiorly disposed within each of the vanes, where the compressed air is forced to exit each of the compressed air exit apertures forming an a second pattern which surrounds the atomizable substance pattern, and further boosts or pushes the atomizable substance onto the workpiece.
