The MIMO antenna apparatus includes a plurality of antenna elements, detection means, MIMO demodulation means, radio transmission means, and control means. The control means controls the sender-side radio station apparatus by making the radio transmission means transmit the control signal, and controlling the MIMO demodulation means, so as to change, based on the received signal levels and the signal quality, at least one of the number of data streams and the modulation and demodulation method for the MIMO communication method used by the sender-side radio station apparatus and the MIMO demodulation means.

摘要: An adaptive antenna apparatus includes two antenna elements and a parasitic element to which a variable reactance element is connected, and selects an adaptive control process according to detected signal quality. A controller executes a first adaptive control process for adaptively controlling respective signals received by the respective antenna elements and outputting the respective signals after the adaptive control as a combined received signal, and executes a second adaptive control process for reactance controlling an element value of the variable reactance element. The controller executes the first adaptive control process. The controller executes a communication process when the detected signal quality is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold. The controller executes the second adaptive control process when the detected signal quality is not equal to or larger than the threshold.

摘要: Memory cells are disposed in plural array form. Select gate electrodes of the memory cells arranged in an X direction are connected to one another by select gate lines respectively. Memory gate electrodes are connected by memory gate lines respectively. The memory gate lines respectively connected to the memory gate electrodes of the memory cells adjacent to one another through source regions interposed therebetween are not electrically connected to one another. Each of the select gate lines has a first portion that extends in the X direction, and a second portion 9b of which one end is connected to the first portion and extends in a Y direction. The memory gate line is formed on its corresponding sidewall of the select gate line with an insulating film interposed therebetween. The memory gate line has a contact section that extends in the X direction from over a second portion of the select gate line to over an element isolation region, and is connected to its corresponding wiring through a plug that buries a contact hole formed over the contact section.

摘要: A charged state detecting apparatus for a secondary battery is provided, which can suppress deterioration in the accuracy of detecting a charged state, such as an SOC, the deterioration being caused by variation of a polarization state of a battery. The charged state detecting apparatus stabilizes an amount of polarization of the battery, stops power generation upon confirmation of the stabilization of the polarization amount, and sufficiently alters the current of the battery to sample a required number of data pairs of voltage and current of the battery. Using these data pairs, the charged state detecting apparatus detects a charged state, such as the SOC, of the battery.

摘要: An adaptive antenna apparatus including a reception adaptive control circuit is provided. The reception adaptive control circuit adaptively controls respective received signals received by a plurality of antenna elements, and outputs the adaptively-controlled received signals as a combined received signal. A demodulator demodulates the combined received signal to a demodulated signal, and demodulates the respective received signals separately received by the respective antenna elements to demodulated signals. A controller compares signal quality of the demodulated signal of the combined received signal with signal qualities of the demodulated signals of the respective received signals separately received by the respective antenna elements, respectively, selects a demodulated signal having the highest signal quality, and controls to receive a received signal including a selected demodulated signal.

摘要: The present invention provides fine drug particles with submicron sizes excellent in long-term dispersibility. Specifically, it provides a method for producing ultrafine drug particles having an average particle size of 10 nm to 1000 nm, by 1) dissolving a drug in a good solvent or a mixture of good solvents to prepare a drug-containing solution; 2) mixing the drug-containing solution with a solvent being a poor solvent or a mixture of poor solvents for the drug and being miscible with the drug-containing solution in the good solvent or a mixture of good solvents; and 3) subjecting the prepared mixture directly to emulsification under a set processing pressure using a high-pressure homogenizer without carrying out a pretreatment step for adjusting the drug to have an average particle size of 100 μm or less, and an apparatus for producing the particles.
