    摘要: L-carnitine calcium fumarate and its preparation and applications are disclosed in the present invention. Having good water solubility as well as better and stronger nutritious and treating functions than the corresponding inner salts, the L-carnitine calcium fumarate as proposed having the advantages of being non-hygroscopic, stable in chemical property, and suitable for oral administration. A preparing method is as follow: fumaric acid is suspended in water and calcium base is added. The resulting mixture is heated up to 70˜90° C. and kept under stirring for 2˜8 hours, and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting dried substance is added into ethanol, and the mixture is vigorously stirred. The inner salt of L-carnitine is added, and the mixture is reacted for 1˜6 hours at 60˜70° C. and then cooled for 2˜8 hours. L-carnitine calcium fumarate is obtained by filtration.

    摘要: Apparatus and method for forming thin layers on a substrate are provided. A processing chamber has a gas delivery assembly that comprises a lid with a cap portion and a covering member that together define an expanding channel at a central portion of the lid, the covering member having a tapered bottom surface extending from the expanding channel to a peripheral portion of the covering member. Gas conduits are coupled to the expanding channel and positioned at an angle from a center of the expanding channel to form a circular gas flow through the expanding channel, The bottom surface of the chamber lid is shaped and sized to substantially cover the substrate receiving surface. One or more valves are coupled to the passageway, and one or more gas sources are coupled to each valve. A choke is disposed on the chamber lid adjacent a perimeter of the tapered bottom surface.

    摘要: The embodiments disclose a method for scanning in a radio communication system, in particular in a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network), including transmitting by a MS on all channels a probe message containing the IP address of the original AP of the MS and an MAC address of the MS; switching to the original channel; transmitting a response inquiry message to the original AP; and receiving a probe response message within a predetermined period, wherein, if the AP of the probe message received on the channel is not the original AP, then the AP transmits the probe response message containing the MAC address to the original AP according to the IP address; and the original AP buffers the probe response message received, and transmits the probe response message to the MS according to the MAC address after the response inquiry message sent by the MS has been received. The embodiments further disclose a scanning system in a WLAN. By using the method and system, not only the time delay during the scanning is reduced, but also the network security is improved and the difficulty for realization is decreased.
