摘要: A method for sealing insulating glass blanks (1), in which a sealing compound (3) is introduced from a sealing nozzle (7) into the outwardly open edge joint (2) of the insulating glass blank (1). A material tongue (15) of the sealing compound (3) emerging from the sealing nozzle (7) forms in front of the sealing nozzle (7). The size of the material tongue (15) is proportional to the amount of the sealing compound (3) introduced into the edge joint (2) per unit of time. Sealing is controlled in accordance with the length of the material tongue (15) detected by a sensor (10). In particular the amount of sealing compound (3) introduced per unit of time to the sealing nozzle (7) and/or the relative speed between the insulating glass blank (1) and the sealing nozzle (7) is controlled in accordance with the length of the material tongue (15) detected by the sensor (10).

摘要: The present invention discloses a feed system with a constant pressure. The feed system comprises a feed container which has a depressurize port mounted on its top, a intake port mounted at its side, and a feed port mounted on its bottom, contains a liquid material being a medicine or a liquid glue mixture; a intake structure which comprises a throttle pipeline and a throttle valve; a opening controller which connects to the throttle valve and the pressure sensor, for controlling the intake structure. The advantage of the feed system is to control the feed flow rate so as to maintain a constant during the feed process, particularly in the hybrid feed system. By steadily controlling the output flow rate, the mixed proportion is controlled to generate the product with the stable quality when two or more liquid materials must be mixed according to the specific proportion.

摘要: A non-contact jetting dispenser, viscous fluid dispensing system and method. The system includes a viscous fluid dispenser for dispensing the viscous fluid. The system further includes a viscous fluid supply container adapted to hold the viscous fluid. A flow path is provided for the viscous fluid between the viscous fluid supply container and an outlet of the viscous fluid dispenser. An electronic flow meter device is used to produce electrical output signals proportional to the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the flow path. A control is operatively coupled to the electronic flow meter for continuously receiving and processing the electrical output signals and performing a responsive control function in a closed loop manner.
