摘要: Provided is a surface-treating solution composition, a zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated using the same, and a method for producing the same, wherein the surface-treatment solution composition includes: 10 wt % to 20 wt % of a trivalent chromium compound containing chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B), the content ratio thereof, A/(A+B), satisfying 0.3 to 0.6; 20 wt % to 40 wt % of a silane-based sol-gel resin in which three types of silane compounds are crosslinked; 0.2 wt % to 0.4 wt % of a rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resistant agent; 0.1 wt % to 0.3 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound; 5 wt % to 10 wt % of a water-soluble cationic urethane resin; 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of an Al compound; and 25.3 wt % to 63.7 wt % of water. The zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated with the surface-treatment solution composition containing trivalent chromium has an excellent effect on corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, fingerprint resistance, piping oil infiltration, and alkali resistance.

摘要: Provided are an insulation coating composition for an oriented electrical steel sheet, an oriented electrical steel sheet having an insulation coating formed on the surface thereof by using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, and specifically, it is possible to provide an insulation coating composition for an oriented electrical steel sheet, including 0.1 to 7 wt % of hollow nanoparticles, 0.1 to 5 wt % of ceramic nanofibers, 0.1 to 5 wt % of mesoporous nanoparticles, 30 to 60 wt % of colloidal silica nanoparticles, and 30 to 60 wt % of phosphate, and to provide an oriented electrical steel sheet including an insulation coating produced by the composition on the surface of the oriented electrical steel sheet, including 0.005 to 0.05 wt % of any one element selected from boron (B), vanadium (V), or a combination thereof, 2.6 to 4.3 wt % of silicon (Si), 0.020 to 0.040 wt % of aluminum (Al), 0.01 to 0.20 wt % of manganese (Mn), in which the balance is composed of Fe and other inevitable impurities, and a manufacturing method thereof.

The insulative coating processing liquid contains: at least one phosphate selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Al, and Mn; and two or more types of colloidal silicas having different mean particle diameters, wherein the total contained amount of the colloidal silicas in terms of the SiO2 solid content is 50-120 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the phosphate, a mean particle diameter ratio expressed as ri+1/ri is not lower than 1.5 when the mean particle diameters of the colloidal silicas are represented in an ascending order, and a mass ratio expressed as wi+1/(wi+1+wi) is 0.30-0.90 when the masses of the colloidal silicas in terms of the SiO2 solid content are represented in an ascending order of the respective mean particle diameters.
