    摘要: A comb copolymer with a polymer backbone having grafted lateral macromonomer segments, the method of preparing, and the use thereof as a thickener in cosmetics. The polymer backbone is more than 55% and up to 90% molar ATBS, between 1% and 20% molar cationic monomer or monomer of formula (I): CH2═C(R1)—C(═O)—Y—(CH2)m-N(R2) (R3), where m is between 1 and 4, Y is O or NH, R1 is H or CH2, and R2 and R3 are each a methyl or ethyl radical, and optionally 0.005% to 1% molar of at least one cross-linking monomer with at least two C═C bonds. The lateral macromonomer segments are polymerized from 9% to 30% molar of N-alkyl acrylamide or N,N-dialkyl acrylamide of formula (II): CH2═C(R4)—C(═O)—N(R5) (R6), where R4 is H or CH2 and R5 and R6 are H or a C1 to C3 alkyl radical, with at least one of R5 or R6 not being H.

    摘要: A linear, branched or cross-linked anionic polyelectrolyte, resulting from the polymerisation, for 100 molar percentage: a) 50% to 99% of monomeric units including a strong, free and partially or completely salified acid function ; b) 1% to 50% of a monomeric units of formula (I): CH2═CH(R1)-C(═O)—O—(CH2)n-CF3 (I), wherein R1 represents H or CH3, and n is 1, 2 or 3; c) optionally greater than 0% to 5% of monomeric units of formula (II): R2-C(═O)—O—[(CH2-CH(R4)-O]m-R3 (II), wherein m is 0 to 50, R2 represents an unsaturated aliphatic monovalent radical with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R4 represents H, CH3 or CH3CH2 and R3 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon aliphatic radical with 8 to 30 carbon atoms, and d) optionally greater than 0% to 5% of at least one monomer with diethylenic or polyethylenic cross-linking. The use thereof as a thickener in topical compositions.

    摘要: A straight, branched or cross-linked polymer, including, per 100 mol %: a) a mole fraction from 75% to 99.95% of monomer units from an N,N-dialkyl acrylamide; b) a mole fraction from 0.05% to 1% of monomer units from a monomer of formula (I): CH2=C(Ri)-C(=0)-0-[(CH2-CH(R2)-0]n-R3 (I); c) optionally a mole fraction higher than 0% to 24% either of monomer units from a monomer including a free strong acid function, partially or totally salified, or of monomer units from a monomer of formula (II): CH2=C(R4)-C(=0)-Y-(CH2)m-N(R5)(R6) (II); d) optionally a mole fraction higher than 0% to 1% of a diethylene or polyethylene cross-linking monomer. Also, a method for treating a surface made of a hydrophobic material, using the polymer, and an aqueous, hydro-organic or organic solution including the polymer for modifying interactions between the species contained the solution and the hydrophobic surface.
