摘要： A rubber composition comprising (A) a polyisobutylene polymer having an allyl radical at an end, (B) an optional organpolysiloxane, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two SiH radicals per molecule, and (D) a platinum group metal catalyst forms a seal member on a periphery of one side of a polymer electrolyte fuel-cell separator. Due to improved acid resistance, weather resistance, creep resistance and gas permeability, the seal member remains effective for a long period of time.

摘要： An R-T-B magnet (R is at least one kind of rare-earth elements including Y, and T is Fe or Fe and Co) has an electrolytic copper-plating film where the ratio [I(200)/I(111)] of the X-ray diffraction peak intensity I(200) from the (200) plane to the X-ray diffraction peak intensity I(111) from the (111) plane is 0.1-0.45 in the X-ray diffraction by CuKal rays. This electrolytic copper-plating film is formed by an electrolytic copper-plating method using an electrolytic copper-plating solution which contains 20-150 g/L of copper sulphate and 30-250 g/L of chelating agent and contains no agent for reducing copper ions and has a pH adjusted to 10.5-13.5.

摘要： A conductive silicone rubber composition is provided, which includes (a) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane represented by an average composition formula of RaSiO(4−a)/2 wherein R is an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group which may be the same or different, and a is a positive number of 1.90 to 2.05, (b) 50 to 500 parts by weight of conductive particles comprising carbon coated with Ni, and (c) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. This composition has an adequate pot life, is unlikely to be affected by catalyst poisoning, and is suitable for normal pressure hot air vulcanization. Cured products produced from the composition has a low volume resistivity and excellent electromagnetic interference sealing properties.

摘要： An angular position detecting apparatus using a magnetic detecting element, which can voluntary widely set an output change characteristic of the magnetic detecting element with respect to angular positions. An angular position detecting apparatus includes a cylindrical yoke, and a magnet fixed to a predetermined position in the cylindrical yoke. A magnetic detecting element, which is fixed to a rotor, is provided in a magnetic field generated between the magnet and the cylindrical yoke, so that a position of the magnetic detecting element is shifted from a rotation axis P of the rotor by a predetermined distance r. A ferromagnetic thin film magnetic resistance element applies a magnetic field which has intensity so that outputs from the elements are saturated. As a result, the magnetic detecting element generates outputs depending only on a magnetic flux detection angle &thgr;s independent of an influence of changes of magnetic field intensity due to temperature changes. In this case, when at least one of a rotation radius r of the magnetic detecting element and a radius R of the cylindrical yoke is voluntary determined, an output change characteristic of the magnetic detecting element can be voluntary set.

The composition has a low volumetric resistivity, a stable electrical resistance and can be injection-molded and cured to give an outstanding silicone rubber that is useful in electrical components and electrical contacts employed in high-conductivity applications.
