Abstract:
A washing-drying machine comprises a cabinet; a tub installed in the cabinet; a washing tub rotatably arranged in the tub; a water supplying pipe connected to the tub for supplying water in order that wet air can be condensed inside the tub; and a circulation duct arranged outside the tub and having both ends connected to the tub, for circulating air inside the tub therethrough. Accordingly, a drying efficiency is enhanced without increasing a size of the cabinet, and a drying time is shortened.
Abstract:
A flexible screw type height control device comprises a housing, a servomotor mounted in the housing, a driving gear which is rotated by the servomotor, a driven gear which is provided with a spiral groove at a central portion thereof and is tooth-engaged with the driving gear, a flexible screw member which passes axially through the spiral groove of the driven gear and moves linearly upward and downward by the servomotor, and a telescopic unit including a plurality of sliding members which are slidably coupled to each other and cooperate with the flexible screw member. The flexible screw member is a coil spring. A first sliding member is slidably disposed in the housing. One end of the flexible screw member is extended outside the housing, and the other end is fixed to a last sliding member. Each sliding member is formed as an open-ended pipe and a cross-sectional area of the sliding members decreases from the first sliding member to the last sliding member.
Abstract:
Provided are an arbiter capable of improving memory access efficiency in a multi-bank memory, a memory access arbitration system including the arbiter, and an arbitration method thereof, where the arbiter detects requests that are not included in a busy bank, and allows the requests corresponding to a bank receiving the largest number of pending requests priorities; and write request information generated by masters is stored in a predetermined buffer to be output as additional master request information, and provides the corresponding master with an opportunity to generate new request information.
Abstract:
A stable DC power system of high-voltage and good-output performance is provided by adding a 3-phase inverter, whereby modified waveform for an output control is produced and a filter to a conventional DC power system and by bridge-rectifying. The modified sinusoidal wave such as a varied wave whose upper portion ranging from 30.degree. to 150.degree. is flat of a 1/2 cycle of the sinusoidal wave, a modified wave whose portions ranging from 30.degree. to 90.degree. and from 90.degree. to 150.degree. are linear in a 1/2 cycle of the sinusoidal wave and a modified wave whose portions ranging from 30.degree. to 90.degree. and from 210.degree. to 270.degree. are recessed so as to be symmetrical with respect to a line in the whole cycle of the sinusoidal wave are used for reducing ripples of the output voltage after the 3-phase rectification.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for precisely wavelength-tuning single longitudinal mode tunable laser beams by utilizing a wedge prism are disclosed in which, instead of a tuning mirror, a prism is rotated, so that a single longitudinal mode can be maintained without causing a mode hopping of the longitudinal mode, thereby precisely tuning the wavelength. That is, a wedge prism 4 is inserted into the single longitudinal mode tunable laser resonator, and the prism is rotated, thereby precisely tuning the wavelength of the laser beams.
Abstract:
A test device includes: a testing unit connected with a measurement line, and configured to apply bias to the measurement line and measure the measurement line; a plurality of switching units configured to electrically connect the measurement line and the plurality of samples; and a control unit configured to sequentially turn on the plurality of switching units to sequentially apply the bias to the plurality of samples. The control unit determines whether a corresponding device sample has a defect based on a first measurement value according to measurement by the testing unit when the bias is applied to each of the plurality of samples.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device includes first, second, and third conductive lines, each with a respective line portion formed over a substrate and extending in a first direction and with a respective branch portion extending from an end of the respective line portion in a direction different from the first direction. The branch portion of a middle conductive line is disposed between and shorter than the respective branch portions of the outer conductive lines such that contact pads may be formed integral with such branch portions of the conductive lines.
Abstract:
A gate driver includes a gate integrated circuit (“IC”) chip which receives at least two scanning start signals and at least four clock control signals, and outputs a plurality of gate-on voltages, where at least two clock control signals of the at least four clock control signals are generated based on one scanning start signal of the at least two scanning start signals, timings of the at least two scanning start signals are independent of each other, and timings of the at least two clock control signals based on the one scanning start signal are independent of each other.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for inputting letters by combining basic elements obtained by separating and symbolizing strokes of letters, so as to provide excellent letter intuitiveness and recognition. According to the present invention, a letter may be input by pressing one of or sequentially pressing two of keys to which basic elements , , , , , , , †, , —, and obtained by separating and symbolizing strokes of letters are assigned, and letters may be rapidly and conveniently input by minimizing key pressing paths.
Abstract:
