Abstract: A method for a first device to perform wireless communication based on partial sensing and an apparatus supporting the same are provided. The method may comprise: triggering a resource selection procedure; determining a selection window within a packet delay budget (PDB) based on the triggering of the resource selection procedure; selecting Y candidate slots in the selection window; performing sensing within a contiguous partial sensing (CPS) window related to the Y candidate slots; and selecting a sidelink (SL) resource based on random selection within the selection window, based on the number of slots included in the CPS window which is less than a minimum number of slots, wherein Y is a positive integer.

Abstract: Provided are a method for performing wireless communication by a first device, and an apparatus for supporting same. The method may comprise: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message including information related to configured grant (CG) from a base station, wherein the information related to the CG include information for an offset related to the CG and information for a period related to the CG; based on at least one resource pool being configured for the first apparatus, performing sidelink transmission to a second apparatus based on sidelink resources determined from among candidate resources allocated by the CG in the at least one resource pool. For example, the sidelink resources determined from among the candidate resources allocated by the CG are located after the offset related to the CG from the closest sidelink slot after the time when the system frame number (SFN) is zero. For example, the sidelink resources from among the candidate resources allocated by the CG are repeated with the period related to the CG.

Abstract: A broadcast signal reception method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may include receiving the broadcast signal including broadcast data and physical layer signaling information, where the physical layer signaling information includes frequency interleaver information for indicating whether a frequency interleaver is applied to the broadcast data, performing frequency deinterleaving on the broadcast data selectively based on the frequency interleaver information, convolutionally deinterleaving the broadcast data, block deinterleaving the convolutionally deinterleaved broadcast data, and cell deinterleaving the block deinterleaved broadcast data using a memory, where the cell deinterleaving includes random writing the block deinterleaved broadcast data into the memory and linear reading the block deinterleaved broadcast data from the memory, and the random writing is performed based on a permutation sequence and the permutation sequence varies for every FEC block.

Abstract: A method of processing a service in a transmitter, and including generating, by a hardware processor, a first media component and a second media component for the service; generating, by the hardware processor, signaling data for the service; time interleaving, by a time interleaver, the first media component, wherein the first media component is time-interleaved by column-wise writing actual Forward Error Correction (FEC) blocks including the first media component in a Time Interleaving (TI) memory and diagonal-wise reading the first media component in the actual FEC blocks from the TI memory, wherein one or more virtual FEC blocks are skipped during the diagonal-wise reading the written first media component, and wherein a number of the one or more virtual FEC blocks is equal to a difference between a number of the actual FEC blocks and a column number of the TI memory; generating, by a signaling generator, physical layer signaling information, wherein the physical layer signaling information includes first physical layer signaling information and second physical layer signaling information, wherein the first physical layer signaling information includes information for identifying a size of the second physical layer signaling information and wherein the second physical layer signaling information includes information for obtaining the column number of the TI memory; transmitting, by an antenna, the time-interleaved first media component, the physical layer signaling information and the signaling data through a broadcast network; and transmitting, by a network interface, the second media component to a receiver through a broadband network. Further, the signaling data transmitted through the broadcast network includes first timeline information for specifying a timeline of the first media component transmitted through the broadcast network and uniform resource location information for the second media component.

Abstract: A method for transmitting a broadcast signal in a digital broadcast transmitter, the method including generating components of a service; generating first signaling information including session instance description information for at least one Real-Time Object Delivery over Unidirectional Transport (ROUTE) session and at least one Layered Coding Transport (LCT) channel in which the components of the service are delivered, wherein the session instance description information includes first source Internet Protocol (IP) address information of the at least one ROUTE session, first destination IP address information of the at least one ROUTE session, first destination port information of the at least one ROUTE session, and transport session identification information for the at least one LCT channel; generating second signaling information which is used for acquiring the first signaling information, wherein the second signaling information includes information for indicating a channel number of the service, wherein the second signaling information further includes bootstrap information and signaling transport mode information for indicating a type of delivery protocol of the first signaling information, and further the bootstrap information changes depending on the signaling transport mode information, and wherein the bootstrap information included in the second signaling information includes second source IP address information, second destination IP address information, and second destination port information for the first signaling information, wherein the at least one LCT channel is acquired based on the bootstrap information included in the second signaling information; and transmitting the broadcast signal including the components of the service, the first signaling information, and the second signaling information based on at least one Physical Layer Pipe (PLP).

Abstract: A method for performing wireless communication by a first device includes: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling a sidelink (SL) resource, the DCI including information related to time between a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource and information related to the PUCCH resource; transmitting, to a second device, a plurality of physical sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) and a plurality of physical sidelink shared channels (PSSCHs) based on the DCI; determining a plurality of PSFCH resources based on an index of a slot and a sub channel related to the plurality of PSSCHs and a source ID of the first device; receiving a plurality of pieces of SL HARQ feedback related to the plurality of PSSCHs; and transmitting, to the base station, one piece of SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback on one PUCCH resource.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for performing positioning in a cellular-vehicle to everything (C-V2X) system, and a device therefor. A method for performing positioning in a terminal mounted on a positioning vehicle in a C-V2X communication system according to one aspect may comprise the steps of: measuring a time of flight (ToF) by performing road side unit (RSU) and round trip time (RTT) ranging; determining a positioning mode, wherein the positioning mode includes a self-positioning mode and a cooperative positioning mode; measuring the relative positions of surrounding vehicles by using a sensor provided in the positioning vehicle on the basis of the determined positioning mode being the cooperative positioning mode, and storing first positioning measurement information corresponding to the measured relative positions; selecting a surrounding vehicle on which to perform cooperative positioning; transmitting the first positioning measurement information to the selected surrounding vehicle; receiving second positioning measurement information from the selected surrounding vehicle; and determining the current location of the positioning vehicle on the basis of the first and second positioning measurement information.

Abstract: Disclosed are, according to various embodiments, a method for transmitting, by a user equipment (UE), a first collective perception message (CPM) in a wireless communication system supporting a sidelink, and an apparatus therefor. Disclosed are the method and the apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining first object information on surrounding objects through a sensor; receiving a second CPM including second object information; and transmitting the first CPM including the first object information and location information for the UE, wherein the second CPM further includes information on a location reliability of the second object information, the position information of the UE is corrected by applying an offset, based on the first object information and the second object information being object information for the same object, and the offset is determined by applying a ratio between a first position reliability related to the position information of the UE and the second position reliability included in the second CPM to a distance between an object position based on the first object information and an object position based on the second object information.
