A casement window operator includes a linear input mechanism configured to be mounted to a stationary frame of a casement window, a linear to rotary motion converter operably coupled to an output of the linear input mechanism, a gear reducer operably coupled to an output of the rotary motion converter, and a sash arm operably coupled to an output of the gear reducer to rotate in conjunction with the output of the gear reducer. The sash arm is configured to extend from the stationary frame of the casement window to a rotatable window sash of the casement window.
Abstract:
An electric door operator for opening and closing one or a spaced pair of transit vehicle passenger doors for being mounted over an opening for the doors. A rotatable input shaft has an electric motor secured to the input shaft for driving the input shaft, a worm centrally positioned on the motor shaft, and an electric brake mounted to the input shaft at an end opposite of the electric motor. A drum cam lifts a pinion from a worm gear disconnecting the worm gear from an output gear train in an emergency.
Abstract:
A vehicle door driving apparatus includes a driving mechanism fixed to a vehicle door and including a motor and a drum rotationally driven by the motor. A rope member is wound around the drum and linked to the vehicle body, and rotation of the drum is transmitted to the vehicle body by the rope member to open and close the vehicle door. The driving mechanism includes: a first small-diameter gear linked to the rotary axis of the motor to rotate together with the rotary shaft of the motor; a transmission gear rotatable around the axis extending in the vehicle width direction; a sun gear rotatable around such axis; a ring gear disposed on the same axis as the sun gear; and a carrier having a planet gear engaging the sun gear and the ring gear, and linked to the drum so that the carrier rotates together with the drum.

The present invention relates to an opening means (1) for a closing unit (14), having a bearing (2) which can be fastened on a closing unit (14), and having two pivotable lever arm parts (3, 4), of which one circle sector-like pivoting plane is perpendicular, and a further pivoting plane is essentially parallel to the plane of the closing unit (14), wherein one lever arm part is a force arm (4) and one lever arm part is a load arm (3), characterized in that when the force arm (4) is pivoted in its circle sector-like plane which is perpendicular to the plane of the closing unit (14), the load arm (3) is simultaneously pivoted via a coupling, in the opposite direction to the force arm (4), in its circle sector-like plane perpendicular to the plane of the closing unit (14).

A height adjusting mechanism comprises a hinge shaft, an adjusting member for driving the hinge shaft to rotate around an axis of the hinge shaft, a constraining member for constraining a movement of the adjusting member in an axial direction of the hinge shaft and a base with the constraining member fixedly connected thereto, in which the hinge shaft connected with the base can be lifted in the axial direction of the hinge shaft under the driving of the adjusting member. A refrigerator comprising the height adjusting mechanism is also provided.
