Provided is a deep purification device for methanol-to-olefin washing water, comprising: a quench tower (1-1), a water washing tower (1-2) connected to an outlet at the top of the quench tower (1-1), a boiling bed separator (1-3) having the top thereof connected to the bottom of the water washing tower (1-2), a fiber coalescer (1-4) connected to the bottom of the boiling bed separator (1-3), and a buffer settling tank (1-5) connected to the sidewall of the boiling bed separator (1-3) at a position near the top. Further provided is a deep purification method for methanol-to-olefin washing water.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for efficiently synthesizing primary amines, which comprises using carbonyl compounds or alcohol compounds as reaction substrate, liquid ammonia or alcohol solutions of ammonia as nitrogen source, and hydrogen as hydrogen source, and reacting in reaction medium catalyzed by a cobalt-based catalyst to obtain the primary amines. Due to high catalytic activity, the method can realize the reductive amination of carbonyl compounds and the hydrogen-borrowing amination of alcohol compounds at low temperatures in a short time to obtain the primary amines with high yield, and is applicable to a wide range of substrates. The obtained primary amines can be used as raw materials with high extra value for producing polymers, medicines, dyes and surfactants. Further, the cobalt-based catalyst has a good industrial application prospect because it is magnetic which can facilitate separation and recycling of the catalyst. Moreover, the inexpensive cobalt-based catalyst can significantly reduce industrialization cost.

Abstract: A treatment system for domestic wastewater, relating to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The treatment system comprises a primary treatment system, a secondary treatment system, and a sludge treatment system; the secondary treatment system comprises a biochemical tank (21) and a sedimentation tank (22) that are sequentially connected; the biochemical tank (21) is connected to the primary treatment system; the secondary treatment system further comprises a second cylcone separator (23) and a power pump (24); one end of the power pump (24) is connected to a sludge outlet of the sedimentation tank (22) by means of a pipeline, and the other end of the power pump (24) is connected to a second feed pipe (232) of the second cylcone separator (23); a second underflow port (233) is connected to the biochemical tank (21) by means of the pipeline; a second overflow port (234) is connected to the sludge treatment system by means of the pipeline. After active sludge is treated by the second cylcone separator (23), the activity of the active sludge is increased by at least 15%, thereby improving the utilization rate of a resource, reducing the cost of an overall treatment system, also improving degradation efficiency in the biochemical tank, and facilitating popularization.

Abstract: A method for testing a mechanical performance of a lithium ion battery electrode based on a nano-indentation technology includes following steps: connecting an assembled lithium ion battery with an electrochemical test device and setting different test working conditions, so that cyclic charge and discharge experiments are performed on the battery to obtain an attenuation curve of a battery capacity; disassembling the battery and taking out the electrode; scraping some powder from a surface of the cyclic electrode plate and an initial uncyclic electrode plate, and laying down the powder in cold mounting molds separately, pouring the cold mounting solution into the molds; taking out the samples from the molds respectively after the liquid is completely cured and cooled; detecting a mechanical performance after polishing the samples surfaces and analyzing the mechanical performance decay rule of the electrodes.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for self-heat-extracting flash evaporation of a sulfuric acid alkylation reaction product. There is provided a method for self-heat-extracting flash evaporation of a sulfuric acid alkylation reaction product. One step is to coalesce and vaporize a preliminarily distributed sulfuric acid alkylation reaction product to cause preliminary vaporization of a hydrocarbon therein, thereby taking heat away and preliminarily separating the hydrocarbon from sulfuric acid. Another step is to subject the preliminarily separated alkylation reaction to reinforced separation, where the hydrocarbon is further vaporized to take heat away and further separate the hydrocarbon from the sulfuric acid. There is also provided an apparatus for self-heat-extracting flash evaporation of a sulfuric acid alkylation reaction product.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multiaxial creep-fatigue prediction method based on ABAQUS, which comprises: S1: establishing an ABAQUS finite element model, and defining the viscoplastic constitutive equation of the material to be tested by means of the user subroutine UMAT; S2: determining the model parameters required by the viscoplastic constitutive equation; S3: establishing the fatigue damage calculation model and creep damage calculation model of the multiaxial stress-strain state of the material to be tested; S4: establishing an ABAQUS finite element model under the multiaxial stress-strain state, and calculating the stress-strain tensor of each cycle based on the defined viscoplastic constitutive equation and the model parameters; S5: calculating the equivalent stress and equivalent plastic strain by means of the user subroutine USDFLD, and superimposing the fatigue damage and creep damage of each cycle according to the linear cumulative damage criterion to obtain the crack initiation life of the material to be tested based on the fatigue damage calculation model and creep damage calculation model in combination with the stress-strain tensor.
