摘要: The present invention relates to a target analyte detection composition based on a proximity proteolysis reaction and a target analyte detection method using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting a target analyte, the method comprising a step in which when a first binder and a second binder bind to the target analyte, hybridization is made between ssDNA linked to the first binder and ssDNA linked to a protease and between ssDNA linked to the second binder and ssDNA linked to a zymogen, whereby a signal generated by a proximity proteolysis reaction between the protease and the zymogen is detected.

摘要: A NLRP3-inhibitory compound 7 (NIC7) and a potent derivative NIC7w are disclosed. NLRP3-inhibitory compound 7 (NIC7) and a potent derivative NIC7w are a novel small-molecule inhibitor for inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasomes are identified. These compounds inhibit main elements of the NLRP3 signaling pathway, primarily IL-1β and caspase 1, and improve cognitive behaviors of mice in Alzheimer disease mouse models. Compositions of NIC7 and NIC7w are suitable as a therapeutic agent in treating, preventing, or improving the conditions of Alzheimer's disease.

摘要: A method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells by using CRISPR/Cas system is disclosed. The method includes a step of inserting a reprogramming factor by using a CRSPR/Cas system containing in a safe harbor of somatic cells a delivery means including two guides RNAs and a Cas protein-encoding nucleic acid. The method can prevent mutation in an off-target region and integrate a reprogramming factor into an on-target region safely and specifically, and regulates the reprogramming factor with doxycycline to guarantee consistent expression, whereby induced pluripotent stem cells can be effectively produced. In addition, the induced pluripotent stem cells produced by the method exhibit multipotent markers similar to those of human embryonic stem cells and can differentiate into derivatives of all the three germ layers.
