Provided by the present invention is a conductive resin composition which has, by adding small amount of a carbon nanotube thereto, high conductivity and superior processability including moldability while keeping original physical properties owned by the thermoplastic resin itself. Provided is a method for producing a conductive resin composition, that is, a method for producing a conductive resin composition which contains a carbon nanotube and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the method contains following steps of (A) and (B); namely, (A) a step of mixing and dispersing the carbon nanotube, a solvent, and the thermoplastic resin, thereby obtaining a carbon nanotube resin mixture, and (B) a step of removing the solvent while kneading the carbon nanotube resin mixture. Provided further is a conductive resin composition obtained by the said production method.

The fine-particulate organic semiconductor material is in a form of fine particles and is usable as an organic semiconductor material. The fine particles are fine thermotropic liquid crystal particles that undergo a phase transition into a liquid crystal state when heated to a temperature of from 50° C. to 350° C. The fine-particulate organic semiconductor material can easily and uniformly form the thin organic semiconductor film over a large area by a film printing process or a dispersion coating process. The thin organic semiconductor film has high electron mobility and high ON/OFF value.

This invention relates to a composition characterized by containing, as essential components, deacetylated chitin and/or a deacetylated chitin derivative, and glyoxylic acid; a solution-containing gel formed from the composition; a water-insoluble chitosan coating; and a material obtained by treating a base material with the composition. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a chitosan composition, which in a “one-pack” form, has a pot life. Even when dried at room temperature after coating or impregnation of a base material, the chitosan coating can be water-insolubilized with reduced yellowing.
