    摘要: A method for determining the rotation speed of at least one supercharger which compresses the sucked air in an internal combustion engine; the control method, during the normal operation of the internal combustion engine, comprises the steps of detecting, by means of a microphone, the intensity of a sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger; determining a frequency content of the sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger; identifying the frequencies with maximum amplitude within the frequency content of the sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger; recognising the frequencies with maximum amplitude which are each other's multiples or submultiples; and determining the rotation speed of the supercharger using exclusively the frequencies with maximum amplitude which are each other's multiples or submultiples.

    摘要: A hydraulic servo-control of a servo-controlled gearbox comprises hydraulic actuators defining chambers, a storing tank containing control fluid used by the actuators at room pressure, a hydraulic accumulator containing control fluid under pressure, a motor pump drawing the fluid from the tank and feeding it under pressure to the accumulator, and solenoid valves selectively connecting the chambers to the tank and accumulator. The accumulator includes an outer housing defining an inner cylindrical surface defining a first diameter, a piston arranged and axially slidable and mobile inside the housing and defining there a first variable-volume chamber for a gas and second variable-volume chamber for the fluid under pressure, and a limit stopper arranged at an open end of the housing, acting as a striker for the piston, and having an annular circlip defining an opening and overall second diameter approximating by excess the first diameter of the surface of the housing.

    摘要: A fuel pump for a direct-injection system provided with a common rail comprises a pumping chamber defined in a main body. A piston is mounted in a sliding manner inside the pumping chamber to cyclically vary volume of the pumping chamber. A suction channel is connected to the pumping chamber and regulated by a suction valve. A delivery channel is connected to the pumping chamber and regulated by a delivery valve. A flow-rate-adjustment device is mechanically coupled to the suction valve to keep, when necessary, the suction valve substantially open during pumping of the piston and includes a control rod that is coupled to the suction valve and an electromagnetic actuator that acts on the control rod and has a one-way hydraulic brake that is integral to and substantially slows movement of the control rod.

    摘要: A method for the self-learning of the variation of a nominal functioning feature of a high pressure pump in an internal combustion engine, which pump feeds fuel to a common rail and is controlled by a solenoid valve depending on an objective pressure inside the common rail and by using the nominal functioning feature which provides a delivery of fuel; in cut-off conditions of the engine, the method includes determining the value of the pressure leaks due to blow-by in the common rail; measuring the real pressure of the fuel inside the common rail; actuating the high pressure pump by controlling the solenoid valve with a predetermined closing angle; measuring the real pressure of the fuel inside the common rail again; determining a pressure deviation between the real pressure and an expected pressure of the fuel, and correcting the nominal functioning feature according to this deviation.
