Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving control method for hybrid type vehicles with a DCT. The method includes: receiving the motor speed from a driving motor; when abnormality of the motor speed is detected, requesting driving of an engine and determining whether an engine clutch is engaged; if it is determined that the engine clutch is released, controlling a clutch of a current driving stage using a clutch torque higher than a transmission input torque; controlling the current driving stage to be a limp home driving stage set in advance to be in a limp home driven status.

Abstract: A method for learning a touch point of a clutch in a Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) vehicle includes a synchronization determination step, a drive shaft slip inducement step in which the controller induces a clutch of the drive shaft to slip, a non-drive shaft torque application step in which the controller applies torque to a clutch of the non-drive shaft, and a touch point learning step in which, while the speed of the non-drive input shaft follows the engine speed in the non-drive shaft torque application step, the controller searches for a certain point at which the speed of the non-drive input shaft changes and differs from the speed of the drive input shaft, and learns the point as the touch point of the clutch of the non-drive shaft.

Abstract: A clutch control method for a vehicle includes steps of: calculating, by a controller, an estimated clutch torque by substituting a plurality of parameters, and a sensed stroke of a clutch actuator into a predetermined characteristic function; updating, by the controller, the parameters as new values by a prediction error method using a torque error, which is a difference between a reference clutch torque and the estimated clutch torque; calculating a desired stroke by substituting a desired clutch torque and the updated parameters into a predetermined characteristic inverse function; and driving the clutch actuator based on the calculated desired stroke to control the clutch by the controller. The plurality parameters represent physical properties of a clutch, and the predetermined characteristic function represents characteristics of a clutch transmission torque to a clutch actuator stroke. In addition, the predetermined characteristic inverse function represents a clutch actuator stroke to a clutch transmission torque.

Abstract: A method of preventing a vehicle clutch from sticking includes a wear compensation actuation step of actuating a wear compensation device in conjunction with engagement actuation of a clutch actuator after an ignition is turned off when an actuation condition of the wear compensation device is satisfied, and a clutch control step of controlling a clutch position so that the clutch position returns to a disengaged state of the clutch actuator by reactuating the wear compensation device, when a clutch position based on an amount of variation in an actuation length of the actuation rod fails to return to the disengaged state of the clutch actuator during returning of the engaged clutch actuator.
