Abstract: Disclosed is a downshift control method for a hybrid DCT vehicle. The method includes: determining, by a controller, whether a downshift is desired while a vehicle travels on a slope having equal to or more than a predetermined reference gradient; comparing, by the controller, a motor speed with a desired shift stage input shaft speed, and selectively performing either a forward control step of increasing a motor torque in a forward direction to increase the motor speed in the forward direction or a negative control step of increasing the motor torque in a negative direction to increase the motor speed in the negative direction. Thus, it is possible to reduce the backward sliding of the vehicle by suppressing the motor speed from unnecessarily increasing and rapidly finishing the downshift.

Abstract: A method of controlling a clutch of a vehicle, by which the clutch can be controlled to reduce jerking impacts in the case of a sudden behavior in engine torque. An amount of APS opening and engine torque are received while the vehicle is cruising using driving force from an engine. When the amount of APS opening is smaller than a first reference value, the clutch is controlled to slip by controlling clutch torque to be smaller than engine torque. After controlling the clutch slip, when the engine acts as a load while the vehicle is cruising, the clutch is engaged by application of the clutch torque to the clutch.

Abstract: A shifting control method for a vehicle including: a shifting requirement determination step in which a controller determines whether power-on downshifting is required and whether a gear level when shifting is started is equal to or greater than a fourth gear; a first torque crossing step in which, when power-on downshifting is required from the gear level equal to or greater than the fourth gear, torque of a first clutch is decreased and torque of a second clutch is increased; a gear manipulation step in which, when the first clutch is released by the first torque crossing step, a target gear is engaged by manipulating a synchronizer while the torque of the second clutch is maintained; and a second torque crossing step in which, when the target gear has been engaged by the gear manipulation step, the first clutch is engaged and the second clutch is released.
