    摘要： A basic copolymer whose main chain is cross-linked which comprises about 6 to about 98% by weight of recurring units of Formula (A) or (B), ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1-20 alkyl groups, C.sub.3-10 cycloalkyl groups, C.sub.3-8 alkenyl groups, C.sub.6-15 aryl groups, C.sub.7-12 arylalkyl groups and C.sub.1-15 aminoalkyl groups; and X is an acid radical, and about 2 to about 94% by weight of cross-linked units based on the total weight of the recurring units of Formula (A) or (B) and the cross-linked units and, if desired, up to about 92% by weight of units of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer or a conjugated monomer based on the total weight of the recurring units of Formula (A) or (B), the cross-linked units and the units of the monoethylenically unsaturated monomer or the conjugated monomer.

    摘要： A polyfluoro-1-alkene represented by the general formula: CF3(CF2)nCH2(CF2)mCH═CH2 [I], wherein n is an integer of 0 to 5, and m is an integer of 1 to 7, is produced by reacting a polyfluoroalkyl iodide represented by the general formula: CF3(CF2)nCH2(CF2)m(CH2CH2)I [II], wherein n is an integer of 0 to 5, and m is an integer of 1 to 7, with an inorganic basic compound in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst. Alternatively, the polyfluoro-1-alkene is produced by reacting the polyfluoroalkyl iodide [II] with a nitrogen-containing organic basic compound, and is obtained product [I] as one fraction thereof. By the copolymerization of the polyfluoro-1-alkene with other fluorinated olefin monomers, a fluorine-containing copolymer having excellent light transmittance in the visible light range is formed.

    摘要： Novel copolymers having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000,000 and comprising 1 to 99% by weight of a recurring unit represented by the formula (I), 1 to 99% by weight of a recurring unit represented by the formula (II) and 0 to 98% by weight of a recurring unit represented by the formula (III): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or a phenyl group; Y is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group, a phenyl group or a cyano group; and Z is a phenyl group, a phenyl group substituted by at least one alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, a cyano group, --COOR.sup.2 (in which R.sup.2 is an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 14 carbon atoms), --COR.sup.3 (in which R.sup.3 is an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 14 carbon atoms), a nitro group, a pyridyl group, ##STR2## (in which R.sup.3 has the same meaning as defined above), or a halogen atom. The above-mentioned copolymers are useful as resist materials which are sensitive to high-energy radiations.
