    摘要: A color separation prism system for use in a TV camera which can separate R, G and B colors. The color separation prism system of the invention includes one or more air gaps each of which is formed between the prisms in a wedge shape that is open on the converging side of a luminous flux passing through the air gap. The use of the wedge-shaped air gap can reduce the possibility of generation of an astigmatism to thereby prevent deterioration of the performance of an optical system formed of the above-mentioned color separation prisms.

    摘要: A casing assembly for electronic equipment comprising a printed circuit board on which an exothermic electronic component is mounted, a casing for covering the printed board, and a base for attaching the casing to a wall body or a rail. The base is of a high heat conductive material and has a planar structure which results in a large contact area between it and the wall body or rail. A high heat conductive plate like cushioning member made of an electrically insulative material is interposed between the board and the base in contact therewith. The heat generated in the electronic component is released through the printed board and lead wires and through the cushioning member and the base to the wall body or rail. Preferably, where the casing is attached to the rail, a guide latch member and a pressure latch member are attached to the base. Where an auxiliary printed board is provided in addition to the printed board, the base, the printed board, the auxiliary frame and the auxiliary printed board are stacked in that order and covered with the casing. Where a programmer is attached to the casing, provision is made for attaching in either the horizontal or vertical direction. Where the functions of a basic module is insufficient, extended modules may be connected.

    摘要: A quadrupole mass spectrometer generates a stream of ionized particles which are modulated by an AC voltage and transmitted through a quadrupole analyzer to a detection unit. The detection unit detects at a collector electrode thereof a modulated ion current which is fed to a phase detector. The phase detector synchronizes the modulated ion current with a signal of known frequency to produce a DC voltage representative of the level of the modulated ion current. By modulating the ionized particles with the AC voltage, the S/N ratio is improved and adverse effects of external noise are diminished.

    摘要: There is provided a laser energy measuring unit whose laser energy measuring range is widened. The laser energy measuring unit has a filter provided within an optical path of a laser to attenuate energy of the laser, a calculating section for measuring the energy of the laser passing through the filter, and a condenser lens provided on one side of the filter for condensing the laser. The filter has a shading portion for blocking a center part of the laser beam from being transmitted through the filter at a position coincident with the center of the laser. The center part of the laser where its energy is large is cut by the shading portion, and the calculating section measures the part where its energy is not so large. Thereby, it is possible to widen the laser energy measuring range.
