    摘要： A cell module structure comprises a bus bar plate and plural cylindrical cells. The bus bar plate including plural bus bars each having a positive bus bar terminal, a negative bus bar terminal, and a screw formed in one of the terminals, the bus bars being serially connected to each other with the positive bus bar terminal corresponding to the negative bus bar terminal; and a control substrate integrally provided to the bus bar and connected to the bus bars. The cell includes a positive cell terminal and a negative cell terminal coaxially aligned at an end thereof, and a screw formed in the terminal having the same polarity as that of the bus bar terminal which is formed with the screw to which the above screw is screwed. The screw of the cell is screwed to the screw of the bus bar, so that different terminals with no screw are brought into contact with each other, whereby the plural cells are serially connected.

    摘要： An electric double layer capacitor having an electrode rolled body contained in an outer packaging can. The electrode rolled body includes a positive electrode plate having a positive electrode foil, on both sides of which an active substance is applied, a negative electrode plate having a negative electrode foil, on both sides of which the active substance is applied, and a separator interposed between these electrode plates, and is obtained by winding the above parts. The negative electrode foil is electrically connected directly to a bottom of the outer packaging can so that heat generated in an interior of the electric double layer capacitor is efficiently transferred to the outer packaging can from the negative electode foil. The negative electrode foil has a greater thickness than that of the positive electrode foil, which is not electrically connected to the outer packaging can, so that heat quantity transferred is made large.

    摘要： An electric double-layer capacitor includes a plurality of electrode elements each having a current collector, a polarized electrode disposed on a surface thereof, and a strip-like current collecting lead extending from an end of the current collector. The electrode elements are stacked as alternately belonging to respective polarities, and the current collecting leads of the electrode elements are stacked into lead assemblies of the respective polarities. A separator is interposed between the stacked electrode elements, and the lead assemblies are connected respectively to electrode terminals. The lead assemblies of respective polarities serve as respective connectors connected to the electrode terminals. Each of the connectors has a flat joint region as at least a portion thereof. The current collecting leads of each of the lead assemblies are integrally joined to each other by the flat joint region by ultrasonic welding before the connector is connected to the electrode terminal. The connectors are joined to the electrode terminals, respectively, through the respective joint region by electron beam welding or laser beam welding.

The glow plug includes a position-defining member which defines the positional relationship between the pressure sensor (830) and the heater (150) and has a coefficient of thermal expansion greater than that of the heater. The pressure sensor (830) is fixed at a predetermined sensor reference position relative to the position-defining member. The heater (150) is held by a heater-holding member (820) in such manner that an attachment position A of the heater-holding member to the heater can be displaced, with a change in external pressure, relative to a predetermined heater reference position defined by the position-defining member. A displacement transmission member (840) is arranged between the heater (150) and the pressure sensor (830) so as to transmit displacement of the heater (150) to the pressure sensor (830). The coefficient of thermal expansion of the displacement transmission member (840) is rendered greater than that of the position-defining member.

Each cell module is formed by a plurality of unit cells serially connected, and the holding member is positioned in the middle of the cell modules along the axes thereof so that a gap is secured between the cell modules. The holding member has a plurality of circular holding portions for respectively holding the cell modules, wherein the holding portions are coupled with each other, and the coupled holding portions have a plurality of divided portions at which the coupled holding portions are divided into two holding bodies, each being fit over the cell modules; and a coupling device for coupling the divided portions positioned between adjacent two of the holding portions.
