Abstract: A convective polymerase chain reaction apparatus and an optical detecting method thereof are provided. The optical detecting method includes the following steps. Abstract: A pixel structure includes a first photoelectric conversion layer, a second photoelectric conversion layer, a blocking layer, a first electronic element layer and a second electronic element layer. The first photoelectric conversion layer converts a first energy portion of an X-ray into a first electrical signal and the second photoelectric conversion converts a second energy portion thereof into a second electrical signal.
