摘要: The continuous mixing apparatus for preparing a rubber composition has a mixing chamber accommodating at least one rotor rotating in a stator and extending between an upstream end and a downstream end between which the material progressively passes. The base elastomers are introduced at the upstream end of the mixing chamber by means of volumetric pumps capable of delivering the said base polymers under pressure. It has members for the dosaging and forced introduction of the other components, arranged along the mixing chamber at at least two longitudinally separated positions between the upstream end and the downstream end.

摘要: The rubber products forming a part of the structure of a tire are laid onto a rigid core by means of a volumetric extruder having an outlet orifice of small size positioned close to the surface on which the rubber is to be applied. The rubber products are built up by a meridian displacement of the orifice relative to the receiving surface with the extrusion of a controlled volume of rubber.

摘要: The material to be metered drops onto a plate 21 which is driven in rotation. This plate 21 is provided on its edge with a cylindrical wall 22 pierced by recesses 24. The plate 21 turns in a cylinder 3 which masks the recesses 24 except at a place where a hole 5 is provided. When the recesses 24 pass opposite the hole 5 they pass behind a screen 4. Each recess 24 is emptied when it passes behind the screen 4 and is otherwise filled under the effect of centrifugal force.

摘要: A vehicle having a suspended body (1), at least two wheels (2) each mounted on a wheel support. Each wheel support is mounted on a suspension device (5) comprising a suspension support (4) and means for guiding the wheel support relative to the suspension support. The suspension device allows a vertical displacement of the wheel support relative to the suspension support, the size of the displacement being sufficient to produce the vertical suspension movement required. At least one wheel is arranged transversely on one side of the body and at least one other wheel is arranged on the other side of the body. Each suspension support is connected to the body by a height variation mechanism (3, 7, 11, 12) which allows the relative height of the suspension support relative to the body (1) to be varied. Each height variation mechanism is actuated by height control means (15, 16, 17, 18). The vehicle has centralised control means (19) for the height control means, and the action of the height control means on each side of the body is coordinated so that on that side of the body, the relative height of each suspension support is varied simultaneously.
