    摘要: A spectrometer cell can include a spacer, at least one end cap, and at least one mirror with a reflective surface. The end cap can be positioned proximate to a first contact end of the spacer such that the end cap and spacer at least partially enclose an internal volume of the spectrometer cell. The mirror can be secured in place by a mechanical attachment that includes attachment materials that are chemically inert to at least one reactive gas compound. The mechanical attachment can hold an optical axis of the reflective surface in a fixed orientation relative to other components of the spectrometer cell and or a spectrometer device that comprises the spectrometer cell. The mirror can optionally be constructed of a material such as stainless steel, ceramic, or the like. Related methods, articles of manufacture, systems, and the like are described.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and a printed board assembly for use in a MicroTCA system, wherein backplane pin connectors of the printed board assembly are arranged to be received in receiving connectors of a backplane interconnect, characterized in that it comprises at least one switch unit which is arranged with physical output/input ports that have physical port numbers that can be overridden by logical port numbers, an optimal routing of a number of sets of conductive threads in the printed board assembly arranged so that none of the conductive threads cross over each other while connecting physical output/input ports of the switch units with the backplane pin connectors, and printed circuit board layers arranged to shield signals travelling in the conductive threads in conductive layers of the printed circuit board layers from any significant crosstalk.

    摘要: A vehicle protection system comprises a sensor, a transmission unit, a control unit and an alarm signalling unit. The sensor is mountable on and capable of detecting interference with a vehicle, and the transmission unit is also mountable on the vehicle and is activated in response to detection by the sensor of interference with the vehicle to transmit a signal to the control unit. The control unit is located remotely from the vehicle and is arranged to activate the alarm signalling unit in response to receipt of the signal, there being no physical connection between the control unit and the transmission unit.

    摘要: A support structure for at least two flat panel display devices that permits adjustment of the at least two display devices in or about one or more axes, and a display system including such support structure and display devices while maintaining a constant space between the display devices in various configurations, alignments and orientations of the display devices. Such support structure, as provided in accordance with embodiments of the invention, provides for configuration of the at least two display devices, in a plurality of alignments in which fronts of the two display devices are generally aligned in a plane, for viewing together. Embodiments of the support structure provide for the two display devices to be positioned in a landscape and/or portrait configuration. Embodiments of the support structure provide for repositioning the display devices between horizontally and vertically-aligned configurations without disassembling the support structure itself and without disassembling either or both of the two display devices from the support structure.
