摘要: A highly reliable multilayer coil component is provided without forming voids between magnetic ceramic layers and internal conductor layers. According to the multilayer coil component, an internal stress problem is reduced, the direct current resistance is low, and fracture of internal conductors caused by the surge or the like is not likely to occur. An acidic solution is allowed to permeate a magnetic ceramic element from a side surface thereof through a side gap portion which is a region between side portions of the internal conductors and the side surface of the magnetic ceramic element and to reach interfaces between the internal conductors and a magnetic ceramic located therearound. A pore area ratio of the magnetic ceramic of the side gap portion which is located between the side portions of the internal conductors and the side surface of the magnetic ceramic element is set in the range of 6% to 28%.

摘要: An apparatus for machining a workpiece which has a non-revolute symmetrical and aspherical surface with a rotating grinding wheel. The apparatus comprises a workpiece supporting member supporting the workpiece and a wheel head providing the grinding wheel an outer peripheral surface of which takes a form of a part of a spherical shape. The workpiece and the grinding wheel are relatively moved by a first drive mechanism in an infeed direction, the workpiece supporting member and the wheel head are relatively moved by a second drive mechanism in a traverse feed direction perpendicular to the infeed direction, and the workpiece supporting member and the wheel head are relatively moved by a third drive mechanism in a pitch feed direction perpendicular to both of the infeed direction and the traverse feed direction. A truing device is moved by the second drive mechanism in the traverse feed direction relative to the grinding wheel, and has a truing element rotatable about an axis perpendicular to a rotational axis of the grinding wheel through a spherical center thereof. The first, second and third drive mechanisms are controlled by a control device based upon the aspherical shape data for the workpiece.

摘要: An adhesive containing at least two main components, and which is capable of being gelled to make it pressure-sensitive, of being photopolymerized and of being thermally polymerized, is applied at selected positions on a printed circuit substrate on which electronic parts are to be loaded. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated on the adhesive, to gelate the adhesive thereby to realize the pressure-sensitive adhesion ability by reaction of a photopolymerization functional group of the adhesive. After loading the electronic parts on the adhesive, the adhesive is hardened by reaction of a thermal polymerization functional group by heating. Thereafter, electrodes of the electronic parts and conductive lands of the printed circuit substrate are soldered.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for forming thick film circuits or the like to be used when forming elements such as conductors and resistors on a thick film circuit board. The method is performed with a writing head for storing paste to form patterns and which lowers and approaches an arbitrary point in close proximity to the board of a thick film circuit and while same state, moves laterally to another other arbitrary point along the surface of the board, and then ascends to be separated from the board. The paste in the writing head is pressurized to be forced out of the head before the writing head begins to move laterally such that the paste is immediately applied on the board when the writing head begins to move laterally. This pressurization of the paste is stopped before the writing head finishes its lateral movement, so that the extrusion of the paste may be stopped the moment the writing head finishes the lateral movement. As a result, blurring or blotting at the beginning and ending part of the pattern writing may be prevented, so that patterns may be formed at high speed and with high precision.

摘要: A multilayer coil component includes internal conductors made of silver (Ag) having metal films provided on surfaces thereof to suppress migration of Ag contained in the internal conductors and/or relieve internal stress between magnetic ceramic layers and internal conductor layers without forming gaps at interfaces between the internal conductors including the metal films and a magnetic ceramic surrounding the internal conductors and the interfaces between the internal conductors and the magnetic ceramic. In a manufacturing method for forming a multilayer coil, an acidic solution containing a metal is allowed to penetrate a magnetic ceramic through side surfaces thereof and side gap sections that are regions between side portions of internal conductors and the side surfaces to reach the interfaces between the internal conductors and a surrounding magnetic ceramic, whereby the metal is deposited on surfaces of the internal conductors.
