    摘要: A polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a perfluoroalkane represented by the general formula F(CF2)2nF (n: 5˜30), a 1H-perfluoroalkane represented by the general formula F(CF2)mH (m: 10˜30), or a mixture thereof; 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of basic magnesium aluminum hydroxycarbonate hydrate; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of an acid acceptor compound excluding Ca compounds. The fluororubber composition can simultaneously attain improvement in preservation stability of compounds, prevention of compounds from adhesion at the time of kneading, short-time vulcanization, improvement of mold releasability at the time of vulcanization molding, prevention of contamination with metal ions and reduction in adhesiveness of crosslinking products due to increase of crosslinking density without substantially impairing the normal state physical properties or compression set characteristics and further advantage-ous properties inherent in the fluororubber, and contains no calcium compounds causing contamination of HDD.

    摘要: Disclosed is a metal-rubber laminate material comprising a metal plate, a rubber layer formed on the surface of the metal plate, and a solid lubricant layer formed on the rubber layer, the solid lubricant layer comprising an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer, a synthetic wax having a softening point of 40 to 150° C., a fatty acid amide having a softening point of 60 to 170° C., graphite, and optionally a fluororesin. The metal-rubber laminate material, in which the metal plate and the rubber layer are bonded through a primer layer and an adhesive layer in this order, exhibits excellent effects, such as fretting resistance, when used as a metal gasket in an internal combustion engine for an automobile engine, etc.

    摘要: A hydrogenated nitrile rubber-metal laminate, which comprises a metallic sheet subjected to a hexavalent Cr ions-free chemical conversion treatment, a defatting treatment, a surface-roughening treatment, a primer treatment, or a combination of the treatment, and an adhesive layer and a rubber layer successively laid on one or both surfaces of the metallic sheet, wherein the rubber layer is a vulcanizate of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber compound comprising 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 50-250 parts by weight of an inorganic filler containing not more than 20% by volume, on the basis of total compound, of a non-reinforcing inorganic filler having an average particle size of not more than 5 μm, 4-20 parts by weight of an organic peroxide, and preferably furthermore 2-10 parts by weight of N,N′-phenylene dimaleimide. The rubber-metal laminate has a vulcanized rubber layer(s) distinguished in the heat resistant at elevated temperatures of 150° C. or higher, the heat bending resistance, e.g. at 200° C. for 100 hours, and the rubber bulging resistance (rubber flow resistance) when used at elevated temperatures and surface pressures.
