摘要: A motor control apparatus for rotating a motor smoothly. A sine wave form which is an ideal wave form of a signal is stored, and the motor is driven by a signal having the ideal wave form obtained by correcting the period and the phase of the stored sine wave form. A comparator receives a detection signal which indicates the rotating state of the motor through an A/D converter, and obtains the correction values of the current period and phase. A wave form setting means corrects the set period and phase, generates a sine wave having the corrected period and phase on the basis of the sine wave data stored in a sine wave data region, and outputs a driving signal having the sine wave form through a D/A converter.

摘要: It is intended to provide an optical disk apparatus which detects a light amount greater than zero even when used in conjunction with an optical disk substrate having a large birefringence, so that it is possible to properly read a signal without errors and properly perform optical disk controls. The optical disk apparatus includes: a light source for emitting light; an objective lens for converging the light onto a signal surface of an optical disk; a polarized beam diffraction element for diffracting the light reflected from the optical disk; a photodetector for detecting the light diffracted from the polarized beam diffraction element; and a wavelength plate disposed between the optical disk and the polarized beam diffraction element. The wavelength plate has a two-dimensional array of a plurality of birefringent regions including first and second regions, the first and second regions differing in birefringent phase difference and/or optic axes from each other, and the plurality of birefringent regions including the first and second regions cause the light to have different polarization states.

摘要: In order to minimize a distance from a power supply line and/or a ground line of a semiconductor integrated circuit of a semiconductor device to electrodes of a printed board, at least either a power supply electrode or the ground line of the semiconductor integrated circuit is connected to a metal film through openings provided in a protective film over the power supply electrode. The metal film is exposed on a side of the semiconductor device, adjacent to a printed board on which the semiconductor device is mounted, or on a side thereof, opposite from the printed board, and the metal film is connected a power supply electrode and/or a ground electrode of the printed board through the exposed surface of the metal film. Alternatively, upper and lower metal films connected to each other, with a stress relief film interposed therebetween, may be disposed in place of the metal film, or a metal sheet may be disposed over the metal film. Further, in order to minimize the length of a heat radiation path of the semiconductor integrated circuit of the semiconductor device, the protective film is deposited on the semiconductor integrated circuit, and the metal film is exposed on the side of the semiconductor device, adjacent to the printed board on which the semiconductor device is mounted, or on the side thereof, opposite from the printed board, thereby effecting heat radiation. Alternatively, the upper and lower metal films connected to each other, with the stress relief film interposed therebetween, may be disposed in place of the metal film, or a metal sheet functioning as a heat sink is disposed over the metal film.

摘要: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a reference voltage is connected to one input terminal of an amplifier, and the voltage appearing on the output side is divided by a plurality of resistors and is negatively fed back to the other input terminal of the amplifier to control the output voltage. Here, according to an input code fed to the semiconductor integrated circuit device, switching devices are turned on or off correspondingly to vary how the resistors are connected and thereby control the voltage division factor. Thus, the output voltage is set according to the input code.

摘要: An underground water channel is provided in an underground of a large depth, and rain water and the like flow into this underground channel from flood control channels, conduits and rivers through vertical shafts. A pump well of a pump station is connected to a downstream end of the underground channel, and water flowing into the pump well is discharged by a pump to a discharge tank. The pump is disposed generally at a medium water level of the underground channel, and a lowest water level L.W.L enabling draining is the medium water level of the underground channel. In an open channel flow operation of an open channel-closed channel mixed flow operation, water level of the underground channel is maintained at the lowest water level L.W.L, so that the underground channel is in an open channel condition. In the closed channel flow operation, the underground channel is fully filled with water, and further water level rises into the vertical shafts, so that the underground channel is in a closed channel condition. By changing an outflow factor in accordance with rainfall patterns, the rate of flow into the vertical shafts can be accurately estimated, so that the large-depth underground drainage facility can be run in a stable manner.

摘要: A plural drainage pumps PH are disposed on the high floor gradation state at the circular shape. A plural drainage pumps PL are disposed on the low floor gradation state at the circular shape. The drainage pump PH disposed on the high floor gradation is installed at the high level. The drainage pump PH is set one having the low pump head and the large capacity in comparison with those of the drainage pump PL disposed on the low floor gradation. An outer shape of an underground pump construction building is formed a circular cone shape spreading toward an upper portion. The discharge water power can be reduced and the construction area for the underground pump construction building can be reduced and further the engineering working amount such as a digging working at the underground can be lessen.

摘要: A drainage water pumping system. A number of drainage pumps are positioned at two different levels. Drainage water flowing into a drainage water pumping system from an underground inflow main pipeline is pumped to a discharge destination. Preferably the drainage pumps installed at the lower installation level have a high pump head and a small capacity, while the drainage pumps installed at the higher installation level have a low pump head and a large capacity. The drainage pumps can be in a circular arrangement with a congregated delivery pipeline installed lengthwise at the center of the circular arrangement and having each of the drainage pumps connected to it.
