摘要： Described herein are methods for protecting glass. The methods include applying to at least one surface of the glass a coating composition, wherein the coating composition comprises a base soluble polymer, a volatile base, a surfactant and water. Polymer beads may be included in the coating to prevent blocking of adjacent glass articles, typically glass sheets. Advantageously, the beads may also prevent abrasion of the glass sheets.

摘要： A trailer frame for use on a trailer including at least one pair of main support frame members that extend in a longitudinal direction of the trailer frame. The main support frame members have a deck side and a bottom side. In one embodiment, the trailer frame also includes a plurality of cross frame members extending between the main support frame members; and a plurality of extension frame members converging to a hitch point at a front extension of the trailer frame. The extension frame members are attached to respective main support frame members with one end of each extension frame member being notched so that upper sides of the extension frame members are flush with the deck side of the main support frame members while a portion of lower sides of the extension frame members overlap the bottom sides of the main support frame members. The main support frame members include I-beams and plate members extending between and attached to flanges on each of the I-beam main support frame members. The extension frame members have a rectangular tubular cross section.

摘要： Catalyst compositions comprising a phosphorous-promoted ZSM-5 component and a silica-containing binder, and methods for making and using same, are disclosed. More specifically, processes for making a catalyst for biomass conversion are provided. The process includes: treating a ZSM-5 zeolite with a phosphorous-containing compound to form a phosphorous-promoted ZSM-5 component; preparing a slurry comprising the phosphorous-promoted ZSM-5 component and a silica-containing binder; and shaping the slurry into shaped bodies. Such catalysts can be used for the thermocatalytic conversion of particulate biomass to liquid products such as bio-oil, resulting in higher bio-oil yields and lower coke than conventional catalysts.

The process comprises the steps of (i) providing a particulate, solid biomass material; (ii) forming a composite of the biomass material and a catalytic material; (iii) subjecting the biomass material to a thermal treatment at a torrefaction temperature at or above 200° C., and low enough to avoid significant conversion of the biomass material to liquid conversion products; and (iv) forming fluidizable particles from the biomass material. The process includes torrefying biomass material at a temperature between 80° C. to 400° C. to form particulated biomass having a mean average particle size between 1 μm and 1000 μm. The particulated biomass is mixed with a liquid hydrocarbon to form a suspension, wherein the suspension includes from 1 weight percent to 40 weight percent particulated biomass. The suspension is fed into a unit selected from the group consisting of a pyrolysis reactor, a fluid catalytic cracking unit, a delayed coker, a fluid coker, a hydroprocessing unit, and a hydrocracking unit, and then at least a portion of the particulated biomass of the suspension is converted into fuel.
