As triggered by detection of a failure in any specified processor package of a plurality of processor packages, a processor for the specified processor package is temporarily substituted with a processor for another processor package, as an assignment destination of ownership which is assigned to the processor for the specified processor package, instead of actually transferring the ownership, thereby making the transition to an ownership-substituted state; and as triggered by an event that the failure is no longer detected in the specified processor package, a processor for the other processor package cancels the ownership-substituted state.

When a first actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a first minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the first actuator operates to perform a first function. When a second actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a second minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the second actuator performs a second function. The first minimum operating voltage and the second minimum operating voltage are set to be different from each other by a predetermined value so that the first actuator and the second actuator stop operating in a predetermined sequence with a decrease in the supplied voltage.

    摘要: In a cooling system for an electronic device of the present invention, server rooms in which a plurality of servers are placed, an evaporator which is provided close to each of the servers, and cools exhaust air from the server by vaporizing a refrigerant with heat generating from the server, a cooling tower which is provided at a place higher than the evaporator, cools the refrigerant by outside air and water sprinkling, and condenses the vaporized refrigerant, and a circulation line in which the refrigerant naturally circulates between the evaporator and the cooling tower. According to the cooling system, an electronic device which is required to perform a precise operation with a heat generation amount from itself being large, such as a computer and a server, can be efficiently cooled at low running cost.

    摘要: A conventional node 3 divides an IP packet into data fragments and prepares a packet for RAN 9 transmission. There has been a problem that, since a RAN 6 cannot identify an IP packet unit, affinity is low relative to an IP network 1 that serves as a core. A node 3 prepares A10 packets by dividing an IP packet, and adds, to each A10 packet, a concatenation flag that indicates information stored in the A10 packet is the head or the tail of the IP packet. A base station 5 and a packet control device 4 employ the concatenation flag to control transmission for each IP packet unit. For example, a packet control device 4 employs a concatenation flag to discard information for a series of A10 packets received by the node, including information that constitutes the same IP packet.
