    Abstract: A water-based printing ink composition for gravure printing and a method for producing the same are provided. The water-based printing ink composition includes: 1 to 15 parts by weight of a pigment, 1 to 50 parts by weight of an aqueous resin mixture, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a quick-drying agent, and 30 to 80 parts by weight of water. The aqueous resin mixture includes a first aqueous resin and a second aqueous resin, a first glass transition temperature of the first aqueous resin is greater than a second glass transition temperature of the second aqueous resin, and an absolute value of the difference between the first glass transition temperature and the second glass transition temperature is not less than 40° C. The quick-drying agent is an alcohol or a ketone, and the quick-drying agent has a boiling point of not greater than 85° C.

    Abstract: A method for forming polyester material from recycled film including the following steps is provided: performing a film surface treatment on the recycled film to form a recycled material including polyester; fragmenting the recycled material to form a recycled chipped material, wherein the recycled chipped material has a first intrinsic viscosity; and forming the polyester material by the recycled chipped material, wherein the polyester material has a second intrinsic viscosity, and the second intrinsic viscosity is greater than the first intrinsic viscosity.

    Abstract: A fireproof cladding material for covering or coating a plastic pipeline, includes a cross-sectional structure formed by needle punch or thermal bond to form a two-layer or three-layer laminated structure with an integrated structure. The laminated structure of the cross-sectional structure is composed of a fireproof fiber woven blanket having a thickness of 0.2-250 mm, and an upper side or a lower side of the fireproof fiber woven blanket, or both sides of the upper side and the lower side thereof, is composed of a fireproof reinforcement layer with a thickness of 0.015-0.5 mm. The fireproof cladding material has the characteristics of softness, bendability, light weight and high strength, and is suitable for covering or coating plastic pipelines.
