    摘要: A water-lubricated compressor has a discharge on-off valve in a discharge channel located between a discharge port of a compressor body and a water separating/recovering unit. A water circulation on-off valve is disposed in a water circulation channel located between a water cooler and a water supply portion in the compressor body. A gas release channel provides communication between a gas phase portion of the water separating/recovering unit and the exterior of the water separating/recovering unit. A gas release on-off valve is disposed in the gas release channel. When the compressor body is not in operation, the discharge on-off valve and the water circulation on-off valve are closed and the gas release on-off valve is opened, allowing water to be recovered to the water separating/recovering unit. When there is no demand for compressed gas, it is possible to remove water from the water cooler, which otherwise may be damaged.

    摘要: In a bearing constituted by a plural-layer slide member, the plural-layer slide member comprises a resin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene as a slide member and a backing strip to which the resin layer is bonded. A fitting hole having a depth exceeding the thickness of the resin layer is formed from the resin layer side. A temperature measuring metallic member formed of a white metal is fitted in the fitting hole. A temperature sensor is positioned within the temperature measuring metallic member. This bearing permits an accurate detection of its temperature. Further, in an oil cooled screw compressor having a bearing lubricating oil supply pipe, a slide surface of the bearing is covered with polyether ether ketone. Even if foaming occurs in the oil, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a mechanical trouble such as galling.

    摘要: A oil-cooled type screw compressor of the present invention includes a compressor main unit storing a pair of male and female screw rotors driven by a motor and meshing with each other, a cooling fan provided independently to the motor for blowing air toward the motor, and control means for receiving a detected temperature signal from a temperature detector for detecting the coil temperature of the motor, and conducting control for increasing/decreasing the fan rotation speed of the cooling fan according to the coil temperature so as to maintain the coil temperature within a permissible range. It is possible to use the coil current of the motor or the motor rotation speed and the discharge pressure in place of the detected temperature signal. This constitution provides a screw compressor which offers fan-removed heat quantity not excessive or insufficient with respect to the motor heat generation quantity, and realizes sufficient cooling for the motor, and energy saving.

The gear pump in which a pair of gear rotors 2 are supported on a body 1 of the gear pump through a bearing 6, a cover for preventing the bearing 6 from being slipped out is secured to the body 1, and a temperature adjusting medium passage 20 is formed in the bearing 6, wherein an inlet pipe 28 and an outlet pipe 29 to the temperature adjusting medium passage 20 are connected to the axial outer end of the bearing 6, an intermediate plate 10 is interposed between the axial outer end of the bearing 6 and the cover 11, the intermediate plate 10 being provided with an insert hole 31 for the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29, the cover 11 being provided with a guide portion 32 having the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 loosely fitted therein to guide them to outside. Further, at least a part of the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 is formed from a flexible member.

    摘要: A screw compressor comprises a pair of screw rotors provided in a casing, a cylinder fixed to the casing and having a first chamber and a second chamber, a first piston fitted in the first chamber, a second piston fitted in the second chamber, a built-in volume ratio adjusting valve operated by the first piston, a volume control slide valve operated by the second piston, a stopper fixed to the casing to limit the backward movement of the built-in volume ratio adjusting valve, and a volume control slide valve. When built-in volume ratio adjustment is unnecessary, the built-in volume ratio adjusting valve is held immovable between the stopper and a spacer fixed to the built-in volume ratio adjusting valve and resting on a fixed surface of the casing. All the forces acting on the immovable built-in volume ratio adjusting valve are sustained by the casing, so that the rest of the components of the screw compressor are not exposed to excessive forces.
