    摘要: An automatic transmission control system equipped with a shift lever position sensor which includes a plurality of switches which output binary signals following a shifting motion of a gear shift lever. Patterns of combinations of the switch outputs are preselected so as to represent positions to which the gear shift lever is manually shiftable. The switches are broken down into two groups each of which produces a binary code carrying information about the position of the gear shift lever to monitor a failure in operation of the shift lever position sensor. The control system also works to perform a deemed D-position hydraulic transmission control to ensure the running of the vehicle even if the shift lever position sensor is failing.

    摘要: In performing a down-shift based on a driver's intention of deceleration, an engine output increasing control is started at a time when a transfer torque capacity of the releasing clutch becomes small or zero and the actual oil pressure decreases to an initial oil pressure, not causing an acceleration feeling even upon the engine output increase. For estimating a time when which the real pressure of the releasing clutch decreases to a level of not higher than the initial pressure, the response of the real pressure relative to an oil pressure command value for the releasing clutch is approximated using a transfer characteristic of “first order lag+time delay.” An estimated real oil pressure obtained based on the transfer characteristic is compared with the initial pressure. It is determined a start timing of the engine output increasing control has been reached upon decrease of the estimated pressure to the initial pressure.

    摘要: In a range detection device, a movable member has a magnetized portion and can move with a manual valve of a control device. A supporting member includes a plate portion having a surface opposed to the magnetized portion and a recess formed in an opposite surface of the plate portion, and supports the movable member such that the movable member is capable of moving parallel with the plate portion. A substrate is placed in the recess and has a first hole that penetrates the substrate. A magnetic detection element is installed to a surface of the substrate at a side of the plate portion to correspond to a position of the first hole, and detects magnetism of the magnetized portion. A sealing member is filled in the recess and covers the substrate and the magnetic detection element.

    摘要: A control apparatus for controlling the twisting amount of a stabilizer provided between left and right wheels of a vehicle in accordance with the vehicle running state. The control apparatus includes a hydraulic cylinder unit coupled between one end portion of the twistable stabilizer and one of the wheels and the cylinder unit has a cylinder body and a piston slidable therein to be expandable and contractable in accordance with movements of the piston. Also included in the apparatus is a hydraulic actuator comprising control valves and coupled to the cylinder unit to control a position of the piston, the position thereof corresponding to the twisting amount of the stabilizer and being detectable by a position sensor. A control unit determines a predetermined stable condition of the vehicle on the basis of a steering angle of a steering wheel, which is detectable by a steering sensor, and obtains a neutral position of the piston taken under the condition that the vehicle is in the predetermined stable condition. Further, the control unit determines a turning state of the vehicle on the basis of the steering angle and to determine a target piston position with respect to the neutral position in accordance with the degree of the vehicle turning state, then outputting a control signal to the actuator so that the piston assumes the target piston position.
