    Abstract: A biomolecule analysis method including: feeding a reagent into a reaction container which includes a plurality of wells and filing the reagent in the plurality of wells, the reagent being for causing an enzymatic reaction with regard to a target substance of analysis; feeding an oil sealing solution over the plurality of wells and sealing the reagent into the plurality of wells with the oil sealing solution so that the plurality of wells become a plurality of independent reaction containers; performing the enzymatic reaction by incubating the reaction container; and detecting a signal amplified by the enzymatic reaction.

    Abstract: A method for filling an analytical device includes providing a plate having a detection space or spaces and ports communicating with the space(s), fitting, into one of the ports, an adapter having a reagent fixed on an inner wall of the adapter such that a first end of the adapter is fitted into the port, and delivering a sample solution into the detection space(s) through the adapter such that the sample solution and reagent fill the detection space(s). The plate includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a side wall such that the plate has the detection space(s) between the substrates and that the first substrate has the ports, the first and/or second substrates is formed of transparent material such that the detection space is observable from outside the plate, and the ports include a first port for delivering liquid-containing substance, and a second port for discharging the substance.

    Abstract: A biomolecule analysis kit includes a reaction container configured to perform an enzymatic reaction, the reaction container including a base portion which has a container-shaped portion and a low-adsorption structural portion which is provided on at least the inner surface of the container-shaped portion, the low-adsorption structural portion having an adsorption rate lower than the base portion at which at least one of a sample which becomes a target of analysis in the enzymatic reaction and a reagent for the enzymatic reaction is adsorbed thereonto, wherein a signal resulting from the enzymatic reaction is configured to be detected when the enzymatic reaction is performed in the reaction container.

    Abstract: A method of detecting a nucleic acid including mixing a fluid including a target nucleic acid with a detection reagent including a first enzyme for cleaving a first nucleic acid having a first flap and a second enzyme for cleaving a second nucleic acid such that the target nucleic acid, the first nucleic acid and the second nucleic acid form a complex as a first invasive structure, conducting a first reaction which causes the first enzyme to cleave the first flap of the first invasive structure and produces a third nucleic acid that forms a complex, as a second invasive structure, with a fourth nucleic acid having a second flap, and conducting a second reaction which causes the second enzyme to cleave the second flap of the second invasive structure and produces a cleaved product.
