    摘要: Disclosed is a small-sized pump device that is constructed of a motor constituting the small-sized pump device, a case member mounted on an output-shaft surface of the motor, a rotary circular-cylindrical member making a rotational movement due to the rotation of the motor, an air chamber formed of a soft elastic member, a drive member for compressing and expanding the air chamber, an intermediate case equipped with a suction opening and an exhaust opening, a suction valve and an exhaust valve for preventing the back flow of the air, and a case lid equipped with a suction opening and an exhaust opening. On the outer surface of the rotary circular-cylindrical member is provided a spiral guide portion engaged with a part of the drive member so that the drive member may be displaced at prescribed pitches in response to the rotation of the rotary circular-cylindrical member. This makes it possible to highly efficiently convert the rotational movement of the motor to a linear movement for making compression/expansion of the air chamber.

    摘要: An electrically controlled braking system allows a pedal stroke produced by an operation of a brake pedal to be detected by a stroke sensor and to be input to a controller, which in turn controls a brake pressure generated by a brake pressure generator in accordance with the magnitude of the pedal stroke. A pedal reaction unit is added to the brake pressure generator. The pedal reaction unit comprises an air cylinder connected to the brake pedal, the stroke sensor which detects the pedal stroke, and a pair of solenoid operated open/close valves for feeding the air pressure from an air tank to, or displacing the air pressure from, the air cylinder. The controller causes the air to be fed to or displaced from the air cylinder in accordance with the magnitude of the pedal stroke detected by the stroke sensor, thus producing a pedal reaction having a controlled magnitude.

Even when multiple types of expansion memories (DIMM cards) whose memory capacities and memory chip arrangements are different are installed, the waveforms and the timings for the output signal lines (RAS, CAS, WE, and MA) of the memory controller can be dynamically compensated for.

    摘要: In a brake system, a controller closes solenoid shut-off valves to shut off a communication between a master cylinder and wheel cylinders by pressing a brake pedal, and at the same time, drives a pump and controls the operation of brake fluid pressure control means to supply brake fluid through the pump to the wheel cylinders, thereby performing braking action. Idle travels of the wheel cylinders can be cancelled by the brake fluid from the pump, and a very short pedal stroke can be obtained. Since the brake characteristics are set by considering three factors, i.e. pedal characteristics, travel of a brake pedal, and deceleration (brake fluid pressure) of a vehicle, the brake system has a very short stroke of the brake pedal as compared to a conventional one and has optimal brake characteristics.

    摘要: An oscillating stepping motor can reduce a required rotational angle of a rotor to drive a star wheel, reduce idle driving, cut the loss of energy required for the driving, reduce power consumption even in high-frequency driving, and stably operate. Two star wheels are located so that the tooth tips thereof are not engaged with each other. A rotor shaft includes a rotor pinion having two feed teeth at a certain aperture angle. One of the feed teeth feeds one of the driving wheels by oscillation of the rotor in one direction and the other of the feed teeth feeds the other of the driving wheels by the oscillation of the rotor in the other. The rotor then oscillates within a certain angle range, thereby sequentially rotating output gears in a certain direction by a certain angle.
