Abstract:
A lid opening and closing device includes a first lock mechanism 5 for retaining a fully-closed position of lids 3a, 3b, a torsion coil spring 6 for accumulating an urging force in a direction so as to open the lids, and a release button 4 for unlocking the first lock mechanism. When the release button is pressed, the lids automatically open. The lid opening and closing device further includes a compression coil spring 9 for accumulating an urging force which allows the lids to move to a halfway position in a closing direction from a fully-open position, and a second lock mechanism 11 for retaining the compression coil spring in a compression position. When the release button is pressed at the fully-open position of the lids, the second lock mechanism is unlocked and the lids move to the halfway position in the closing direction. The urging force is accumulated in the torsion coil spring and the compression coil spring by manually moving the lids to the fully-closed position.
Abstract:
A threshold voltage generating circuit detects the amplitude ΔV of the wobble signal included in the push-pull signal, and generates a threshold voltage Vth based upon the amplitude ΔV of the wobble signal thus detected. A first filter removes the high-frequency components from the push-pull signal, thereby extracting the wobble signal. A peak hold circuit holds the peak value of the wobble signal thus extracted by the first filter. A second filter extracts a DC signal which is the DC component of the push-pull signal. An amplifier amplifies the difference ΔV between the output of the peak hold circuit and the output of the second filter, i.e., the amplitude of the wobble signal.
Abstract:
A frequency-current conversion circuit permits stabilization of the frequency characteristic of an equalizer that is used in a high-speed optical disc apparatus. The frequency-current conversion circuit includes a comparison circuit that includes a first capacitor that is charged by an output reference current and is forcibly discharged over a predetermined period from the change point of the input clock of the input clock terminal, and that compares the voltage produced in the first capacitor with a reference voltage, a charging/discharging circuit that includes a second capacitor that is charged and discharged in accordance with the output of the comparison circuit and that outputs a voltage that is produced in the second capacitor, a sample and hold circuit that samples and holds the output voltage of the charging/discharging circuit within the predetermined period, and a voltage-current conversion circuit that converts the held voltage to the output reference current and an output current that is proportional to the output reference current.
Abstract:
A clip is attached to an insertion part of an object and inserted into an attachment hole formed in an object receiving attachment. The clip is formed of a pair of clamping plates facing each other for receiving therebetween the insertion part of the object and having elasticity for expanding outward. The clamping plates have a plurality of teeth with tips formed on inner surfaces. The tips form a multiple stage pattern across a direction of insertion into the attachment hole to be pressed to the insertion part. Also, coupling arms are provided outside the clamping plates. The coupling arms are coupled into the attachment hole by elasticity at a final position of insertion into the attachment hole after being elastically bent inward upon insertion of the insertion part of the object into the attachment hole.
Abstract:
An exhaust gas purifying catalyst includes: a support that contains at least one element that is selected from the first group that consists of Al, Zr and Ce, at least one element that is selected from the second group that consists of Ag, Mn, Co, Cu and Fe, and Ti; and particles that are composed of a metal or oxide of at least one element that is selected from the third group that consists of Ag, Mn, Co, Cu and Fe and that are deposited on the support. Seventy percent or more of any plurality of measurement points with a diameter of 2 nm on a surface of the support are composed of a composite part that has the at least one element selected from the second group content of 0.5 to 10 mol % and has a Ti content of 0.3 mol % or greater.
Abstract:
The cup holder includes a base adapted to be fixed to an attached portion; a lid body provided switchably between a closed position and an open position by turning relative to the base, overlapped with the base in the closed position, and supporting the cup from a lower side thereof in the open position; and a holder supported at the base or the lid body through an arm, and moving in association with a turning of the lid body to become a housed state when the lid body is in the closed position, and to become a used state when the lid body is in the open position. The arm includes a support portion controlling the lateral movement of the cup in the used state of the holder.
Abstract:
A fixture mounting structure is provided with a base combined with fixtures and having an insertion section for insertion into a mounting hole in a panel, a lock member movably contained within the base, and an operation member slidably assembled to the base. An open section is formed in a side section of the insertion section of the base. Cam devices for moving the lock member to a predetermined position when the operation member is pushed in are provided to the lock member and the operation member. When the lock member is moved to the predetermined position, a part of the lock member is protruded from the opening section to prevent the base from coming out of the mounting hole in the panel.
Abstract:
A miniaturized microphone maintaining the properties of a microphone chip and achieving a smaller mounting area. The microphone includes a package which includes a first and second member. At least one of the first second members includes a recess. The microphone also includes a circuit element installed on an inner surface of the first member. Additionally, the microphone includes a microphone chip arranged on a surface on an opposite side of an installing surface of the circuit element.
Abstract:
An acceleration/deceleration mechanism is installed for a lid body rotatably supported on a main body. The mechanism includes a forcing device for forcing the lid body toward an open direction, a locking device for maintaining a closed state of the lid body relative to the main body in opposition to the force of the forcing device, and an acceleration/deceleration device situated between the lid body and the main body. The acceleration/deceleration device increasing a speed of opening of the lid body at less than a prescribed angle of opening of the lid body, and decreasing the speed of opening in excess of the prescribed angle of opening.
