    摘要： A flame spraying burner melts or partially melts with combustion heat, a spray material comprising a powdered fire-resisting material to thermally spray a damaged portion of a furnace wall or the like. The flame spraying burner includes a burner nozzle body having a central passage for supplying oxygen-contained gas, the central passage having a projecting leading end, and a plurality of fuel gas supply passages formed around the central passage. Each of the plurality of fuel gas supply passages has a leading end recessed from the leading end of the central passage. A cylindrical burner tile is positioned around the leading end of the fuel gas supply passages and extends to at least the leading end of the central passage. A plurality of oxygen jetting ports are formed in the radial direction around the leading end of the nozzle cap.

    摘要： In a method of continuously annealing and pickling steel strips successively transferred through a continuous annealing apparatus including heating and cooling zones and a pickling apparatus, annealing the steel strips is effected in reducing atmosphere and thereafter pickling is effected at least by nitric acid electrolytic treatment. In an apparatus for continuously annealing and pickling steel strips, including a continuous annealing furnace and a pickling apparatus, the continuous annealing furnace consists of vertical furnaces capable of advancing a steel strip in a manner substantially repeating upward and downward movements alternately in substantially vertical directions and the pickling apparatus comprises at least a nitric acid electrolytic cell. In another aspect, continuous annealing furnace consists of one pass furnace capable of advancing the steel strip only once and forming a high temperature heating zone and a high temperature cooling zone of the annealing furnace, and vertical furnaces respectively forming a lower temperature heating zone and a low temperature cooling zone and capable of advancing a steel strip in a manner substantially repeating upward and downward movements alternately in substantially vertical directions. The one pass furnace is horizontal or vertical.

The controller includes a first timer configured to measure an elapsed time from the completion of reading performed by the fixed reader. The controller performs the pickup initialization after a measurement value measured by the first timer exceeds a first time.
