Abstract: A food processing facility having application apparatus located within the interior space of the food processing facility for applying a PAA solution to food, a mixing container for containing a PAA solution having a PAA solution concentration, with the mixing container connected to the application apparatus for delivering the PAA solution to the application apparatus, and a PAA gas sensor, located within the interior space, for sensing a PAA airborne concentration. An actuation control system connected to the PAA gas sensor is adapted to receive a measure of the PAA airborne concentration and, when the measure of the PAA airborne concentration exceeds a reference value, changes one or more of the PAA solution concentration of the PAA solution in the mixing container, the flow rate of the fresh air ventilation system, and the flow rate of the exhaust air system.

Abstract: The dilute chemical solution supply device (1) comprises: a dilute chemical solution preparation unit (2) that prepares a dilute chemical solution (W1); a reservoir (3) for the prepared dilute chemical solution; a dilute chemical solution adjustment/supply mechanism (4) that supplies, as washing water (W2), the dilute chemical solution (W1) stored in the reservoir (3) to a plurality of single-wafer type washers (5A, 5B, and 5C); and a return mechanism that is connected to each of the single-wafer type washers (5A, 5B, and 5C) and refluxes excess water from the single-wafer type washers to the reservoir (3). According to such a dilute chemical solution supply device, it is possible to accurately adjust the concentration of the solute of the dilute chemical solution and suppress the discharge of excess water, and the dilute chemical solution supply device is thus suitable for washing of wafers, etc.

Abstract: A method for determining a property of a fiber suspension comprises obtaining a sample and diluting the sample by a first dilution, thereby providing a diluted sample, while retaining essentially all of the sample, and mixing the diluted sample, thereby providing a mixed, diluted sample. By removing part of the mixed, diluted sample and retaining an amount of the mixed, diluted sample, further diluting the mixed, diluted sample by adding dilution water to the retained amount of the mixed, diluted sample, thereby providing a further diluted sample, while retaining essentially all of the mixed, diluted sample, mixing the further diluted sample, thereby providing a mixed, further diluted sample, and repeating these steps until the concentration is suitable for measuring the property of the further diluted sample, this property can be measured with high accuracy. A device for determining a property to be determined of a suspension is also provided.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method to capture water power from head or pressure is provided utilizing pipes, inlets and outlets. The apparatus comprises a central bore having an internal diameter suitable for a fluid flow, the fluid flow moves inside the central bore through the apparatus, and at least one outlet, the fluid flow exits the apparatus through the at least one outlet, optionally, a plurality of inlets for flowing additional fluid to the central bore mix the fluid flow with the additional fluid from the plurality of inlets. The apparatus can further mix the fluid though additional mixing devices and additional devices can be used to recapture energy such as, hydroelectric power from the fluid flow. The system and method can capture water energy from the fluid flow.

Accurate and real-time injection of chemicals is beneficial for safety as well as economics of the drilling operation in terms of reduced drilling time, efficient use of chemicals, and minimal variation in processing conditions.

Abstract: A system for mixing acid and water can include a tank for holding acid, an acid pump for pumping acid out of the tank, an acid flow meter, an acid control valve, a water pump for pumping water, a water flow meter, a water control valve, a flush valve to selectively flush the system with water, and a controller to monitor the flow meters and control the pumps and the valves. The acid control valve and/or the water control valve can be an electronically controlled valve. The flush valve can be an electronically controlled valve to selectively permit water to flow from downstream of the water pump to upstream of the acid pump. The acid control valve, the water control valve, the flush valve, or any combination thereof can be throttled by the controller to control flow therethrough.

Abstract: A mineral spring generator has a machine body and a pipeline disposed in the machine body. Two ends of the pipeline respectively have a water inlet and a water outlet. A solenoid valve is connected between the pipeline. At least two injection channels are connected to the pipeline at intervals along a direction of a water flow in the pipeline. A micromotor is connected between each of the at least two injection channels. An outer end of each of the at least two injection channels is connected to a material container. Each material container is adapted to be filled with a liquid mineral spring concentrate. When the present invention is used, water is inputted through the water inlet, and the solenoid valve and the micromotors are activated to add the mineral spring concentrates in the at least two material containers to different positions of the pipeline.
