[Solution] A glass ceramic sintered compact containing a glass component, a ceramic filler and a composite oxide, characterized in that the glass component is crystallized glass on which is deposited a diopside oxide crystal phase including at least Mg, Ca and Si, and the composite oxide includes at least Al and Co.

摘要: Provided herein are ionically conductive solid-state compositions that include ionically conductive inorganic particles in a matrix of an organic material. The resulting composite material has high ionic conductivity and mechanical properties that facilitate processing. In particular embodiments, the ionically conductive solid-state compositions are compliant and may be cast as films. In some embodiments of the present invention, solid-state electrolytes including the ionically conductive solid-state compositions are provided. In some embodiments of the present invention, electrodes including the ionically conductive solid-state compositions are provided. The present invention further includes embodiments that are directed to methods of manufacturing the ionically conductive solid-state compositions and batteries incorporating the ionically conductive solid-state compositions.

摘要: Gradient refractive index (GRIN) materials can include multi-phase composites having substances with differing refractive indices disposed non-uniformly within one another. Particular glass composites having a gradient index of refraction can include: an amorphous phase, and a phase-separated region disposed non-uniformly within the amorphous phase. The glass composites include a mixture containing: GeZ2 and A2Z3 in a combined molar ratio of about 60% to about 95%, and CsX and PbZ in a combined molar ratio of about 5% to about 40%, where A is As, Sb or Ga, X is Cl, Br or I, and Z is S or Se. When A is As, the glass composites include PbZ in a molar ratio of about 15% or less. The amorphous phase and the phase-separated region have refractive indices that differ from one another. More particularly, A is Ga or As, X is Cl, and Z is Se.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a bonded body in which a first body and a second body are bonded using a glass paste. The glass paste includes a crystallized glass frit (A) and a solvent (B). A remelting temperature of the crystallized glass frit (A) is higher than a crystallization temperature thereof which is higher than a glass transition temperature thereof. The method includes: applying the glass paste on at least one of the first and second bodies, bonding the first and second bodies by interposing the glass paste therebetween, heating the bonded first and second bodies to a temperature that is not lower than the crystallization temperature and lower than the remelting temperature of the crystallized glass frit (A), and obtaining the bonded body by cooling the bonded first and second bodies to a temperature that is not higher than the glass transition temperature of the crystallized glass frit.

摘要: The present invention provides a high refractivity and high dispersion optical glass and optical element with small relative partial dispersion (Pg,F), high transmittance and good chemical stability. For optical glass, with anion as O2−, wherein a cation thereof contains the following components by weight percentage: 12-25% of Si4+; 58-75% of Nb5++W6++Zr4+; 8-25% of Li++Na++K+; 10% of Ba2+ or less. Based on the reasonable component design, the refractive index of the optical glass is 1.81-1.89, the Abbe number is 20-29, Pg,F is 0.5956-0.6199, and the corresponding wave length λ70 is below 450 nm when the transmittance reaches up to 70%. Therefore, the optical glass provided by the present invention is applicable to high-quality optical elements.

摘要: Chemically strengthened glass articles having at least one deep compressive layer extending from a surface of the article to a depth of at least about 45 μm within the article are provided. In one embodiment, the compressive stress profile includes a single linear segment extending from the surface to the depth of compression DOC. Alternatively, the compressive stress profile includes two linear portions: the first portion extending from the surface to a relatively shallow depth and having a steep slope; and a second portion extending from the shallow depth to the depth of compression. The strengthened glass has a 60% survival rate when dropped from a height of 80 cm in an inverted ball drop test and an equibiaxial flexural strength of at least 10 kgf as determined by abraded ring-on-ring testing. Methods of achieving such stress profiles are also described.
