摘要: A temporary adhesive without the formation of voids between a support and a wafer. A temporary adhesive for separatably attaching a support to a circuit side of a wafer to process a rear surface of the wafer, the temporary adhesive including a component (A) that is cured by a hydrosilylation reaction; a polymerization inhibitor (B) having a 5% mass decrease temperature of 80° C. or higher as measured using a Tg-DTA; and a solvent (C). The component (A) may include a polysiloxane (A1) including a polyorganosiloxane (a1) containing a C1-10 alkyl group and a C2-10 alkenyl group, and a polyorganosiloxane (a2) containing a C1-10 alkyl group and a hydrogen atom; and a platinum group metal-based catalyst (A2). The polymerization inhibitor (B) may be a compound of formula (1): (wherein R7 and R8 are each a C6-40 aryl group, or a combination of a C1-10 alkyl group and a C6-40 aryl group).

摘要: Curable adhesive free-standing films and adhesive systems comprising such films are provided. In some embodiments, a curable adhesive free-standing film comprises a blend of: a) a first film-forming polymer or oligomer; b) a first species comprising first unsaturated free-radically polymerizable groups, which may be a) or a species other than a); c) a first transition metal cation; d) a reducing agent; and no oxidizing agent. In some embodiments, an adhesive system comprises: I) a first curable adhesive free-standing film as described preceding; and II) a second curable adhesive free-standing film comprising a blend of: e) a second film-forming polymer or oligomer; f) a second species comprising second unsaturated free-radically polymerizable groups, which may be e) or may be a species other than e); and g) an oxidizing agent. In some embodiments, the curable adhesive free-standing films may be pressure sensitive adhesives prior to cure. Methods of use are provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for the production of a cladding for elongated material (2), in particular a sheath for cable sets. In this method, an adhesive tape (3, 4) consisting of a carrier (4) and a first adhesive coating (3) which substantially fully covers the front side of the carrier (4) is combined with an adhesive-free carrier tape (5) such as to form a laminate (3, 4, 5). This is carried out such that the adhesive tape (3, 4) is applied to the carrier tape (5) with its first adhesive coating (3) in such a way that a first projection (Ü1) is defined along at least one of the two longitudinal edges of said adhesive tape. According to the invention, the carrier (4) of the adhesive tape (3, 4) is additionally provided with a further second adhesive coating (7) substantially in parts of its rear side.

摘要: The invention relates to structural adhesive compositions and more particularly to two-component (2K) structural adhesive compositions. The two components chemically react to bond structural surfaces. N-(3-Aminopropyl)cyclohexylamine (APCHA) has been found to be an improved curing agent for use with epoxy resins in 2K adhesive compositions. APHCA exhibits favorable features including viscosity, pot life and reactivity, and adhesive and thermal performance after curing with epoxy resin. These features and its unique chemistry allow the use of APCHA in curing agent formulations for structural adhesives, in particular wind turbine blade adhesives. APCHA solves issues with viscosity build-up, working time, through-cure, compatibility and adhesive performance that cannot be addressed with the commonly used amine formulations.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for the bonding of dissimilar substrates. For example, a first substrate may be coupled to a second substrate by a composite joint between the first substrate and the second substrate. The composite joint may be comprised of a first adhesive material and a second adhesive material. The first adhesive material may be disposed on the first substrate, and the second adhesive material may be disposed to the first adhesive material. The composite joint between the first substrate and the second substrate may provide an isolation layer therebetween, preventing galvanic corrosion.
