摘要: A rechargeable battery having a terminal is disclosed. In one aspect, the rechargeable battery includes an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The battery also includes a case housing the electrode assembly. The case defines a hole at the bottom of the case and an opening at the top of the case. The battery further includes a cap plate connected to the opening in the case and a first terminal bonded to the first electrode and penetrating through the hole so as to protrude beyond the exterior of the case.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery module, which comprises: a harness isolation board provided with a mounting groove; an output pole connection sheet; and a fixing assembly. The fixing assembly comprises: a connecting member placed in the mounting groove to be fixed on the harness isolation board; and a fastening member securely connected to the connecting member and fixing the output pole connection sheet. The connecting member and the fastening member are separately formed and securely connected together, the fastening member is fixed on the harness isolation board via the connecting member, thus the fixing manner between the connecting member and the harness isolation board is not related to the fastening member, and in turn it only needs to improve the structure of the connecting member and the harness isolation board to enhance the connecting strength and the anti-torque effect between the fixing assembly and the harness isolation board.

摘要: The extraction portion of a current collector plate is configured to include a first piece portion extending in a direction orthogonal to the first direction from an outer edge portion provided on an edge of the flat plate portion when viewed from the first direction, a second piece portion extending in the first direction and having an attachment portion that attaches the extraction portion, and a bent portion being where a plate material configuring the extraction portion bends, and connecting the first piece portion and the second piece portion. A spring portion that is configured to relieve a stress acting on the extraction portion is provided between the connection portion to the outer edge portion and the attachment portion in the extraction portion. The spring portion includes at least a first bent portion being where the plate material bends other than at the bent portion.

摘要: A battery module includes a cell stack formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells; a bus bar frame assembly having a bus bar frame configured to cover the longitudinal sides of the cell stack and a plurality of bus bars fixed on the bus bar frame and electrically connected to the battery cells; a module terminal having a lead connection fixed on the bus bar frame and electrically connected to the battery cells and a head connected to the lead connection to extend above the lead connection; a terminal nut located below the head; and a frame cover having a nut accommodation portion configured to accommodate the terminal nut and a bolt accommodation portion to accommodate a bolt passing through the head and the terminal nut, the frame cover being configured to cover the bus bar frame assembly so that the head is exposed to an outside.

The end cover assembly includes a top cover, a lower plastic member, a sealing member, and a terminal post. The lower plastic member is fixed to the top cover and defines a hollow hole and a first flow passage. The hollow hole extends through the lower plastic member in a direction from the lower plastic member to the top cover. One end of the first flow passage is in communication with a side wall of the hollow hole, and another end of the first flow passage is in communication with an outside. The sealing member includes a first sealing portion disposed in the hollow hole. The terminal post has a flange portion.

The terminals include one or more features that provide a more secure connection between a vehicle connector and the terminal compared to traditional clamp-style connectors. The terminals can include an annular ring or groove. The terminals can additionally or alternatively include a threaded portion and one or more protrusions. The electrical power storage device includes a cover, a portion of the cover adjacent to the terminal includes a keyed section to secure the connector. The disclosed terminals reduce or eliminate movement of the connector relative to the terminal, thereby reducing wear and increasing the performance of the connection.

摘要: An energy storage element includes a housing enclosing an interior space, which housing is formed of a first metal housing part and a second metal housing part and has a substantially circular upper side and a substantially circular lower side spaced from one another and parallel to one another, and an annular housing side that connects the upper side and the lower side; a winding arranged in the interior, which winding includes a strip-shaped positive and a strip-shaped negative electrode and a strip-shaped separator arranged between the electrodes that are wound in a spiral around a winding axis; wherein the winding has a first end face and a second end face and an annularly circumferential winding outer side, the first and second end faces face in the direction of the circular and mutually parallel upper side and lower side such that the winding axis is oriented perpendicular or at least substantially perpendicular to the upper side and the lower side, and the winding has an axial cavity through which the winding axis runs; and an electrically conductive pin arranged in the cavity and electrically connects one of the electrodes of the winding to one of the housing parts, wherein the first and the second housing part are designed such that they are able moveable against each other along an axis running vertically through the circular upper side and the circular lower side of the housing, and the pin is configured such that the electrical contact to one of the electrodes of the winding is broken when the housing parts move away from one another along the axis.

摘要: An assembled battery including a plurality of batteries each including a container which houses a charge/discharge body, an electrode terminal on one surface of the container, a sealing member which is provided between the container and the electrode terminal sealing between the container and the electrode terminal, and a busbar joined to each of the electrode terminals of the batteries that differ from each other. Each of the electrode terminals includes an electrode terminal protruding section extending in a direction of separation from the one surface. The busbar includes a busbar hole for the electrode terminal protruding section to be fitted. The electrode terminal protruding section and the busbar hole fit to each other and abut on each other. A coupling section between an outer surface of the electrode terminal protruding section and an inner surface of the busbar hole is at least partially welded.
