    摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery module, which comprises: a harness isolation board provided with a mounting groove; an output pole connection sheet; and a fixing assembly. The fixing assembly comprises: a connecting member placed in the mounting groove to be fixed on the harness isolation board; and a fastening member securely connected to the connecting member and fixing the output pole connection sheet. The connecting member and the fastening member are separately formed and securely connected together, the fastening member is fixed on the harness isolation board via the connecting member, thus the fixing manner between the connecting member and the harness isolation board is not related to the fastening member, and in turn it only needs to improve the structure of the connecting member and the harness isolation board to enhance the connecting strength and the anti-torque effect between the fixing assembly and the harness isolation board.

    摘要: An energy storage element includes a housing enclosing an interior space, which housing is formed of a first metal housing part and a second metal housing part and has a substantially circular upper side and a substantially circular lower side spaced from one another and parallel to one another, and an annular housing side that connects the upper side and the lower side; a winding arranged in the interior, which winding includes a strip-shaped positive and a strip-shaped negative electrode and a strip-shaped separator arranged between the electrodes that are wound in a spiral around a winding axis; wherein the winding has a first end face and a second end face and an annularly circumferential winding outer side, the first and second end faces face in the direction of the circular and mutually parallel upper side and lower side such that the winding axis is oriented perpendicular or at least substantially perpendicular to the upper side and the lower side, and the winding has an axial cavity through which the winding axis runs; and an electrically conductive pin arranged in the cavity and electrically connects one of the electrodes of the winding to one of the housing parts, wherein the first and the second housing part are designed such that they are able moveable against each other along an axis running vertically through the circular upper side and the circular lower side of the housing, and the pin is configured such that the electrical contact to one of the electrodes of the winding is broken when the housing parts move away from one another along the axis.

    摘要: An assembled battery including a plurality of batteries each including a container which houses a charge/discharge body, an electrode terminal on one surface of the container, a sealing member which is provided between the container and the electrode terminal sealing between the container and the electrode terminal, and a busbar joined to each of the electrode terminals of the batteries that differ from each other. Each of the electrode terminals includes an electrode terminal protruding section extending in a direction of separation from the one surface. The busbar includes a busbar hole for the electrode terminal protruding section to be fitted. The electrode terminal protruding section and the busbar hole fit to each other and abut on each other. A coupling section between an outer surface of the electrode terminal protruding section and an inner surface of the busbar hole is at least partially welded.
