    Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for adding jitters to the edges of a pulse sequence, the pulse sequence which edges is needed to adding jitters to is sent to a first edge-pulse converter and a second edge-pulse converter respectively, and be converted into a rising edge pulse signal and a falling edge pulse signal. The rising edge pulse signal and the falling edge pulse signal are delayed by different fixed times, and for the edge pulse signal which is delayed shorter, it should be further delayed by a programmable delay circuit, thus the edge to which the jitter is added can be adjusted to a leading position or a lagging position according to a jitter data read out from a jitter data storage, so the synthesized pulse sequence with jitter-added edges can be used as test signal for jitter tolerance measurement.

    Abstract: A speckle-free imaging light source based on a random fiber laser (RFL) using a strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber, relating to a field of optical fiber laser illumination light source, is provided, mainly including a pumping source and an optical fiber loop mirror, and further including the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber with/without a single-mode optical fiber. Through directly adopting the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber or combining the single-mode optical fiber with the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber to serve as a main device in the RFL-based illumination light source, the generated RFL has multiple transvers modes and low spatial coherence which prevent speckle formation during illumination, which provides an ideal illumination light source for high-speed full-field speckle-free imaging technology.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for simulating magnetic flux leakage based on loop current, the magnetic distribution of a single loop current is obtained by solid angle, then the magnetic field distribution of a semi-infinite solenoid is obtained based on the assumption of arrangement of loop currents in the magnetized specimen, and its equation is given; and the JA hysteresis model is introduced to obtain the distribution of quasi-static magnetic flux leakage field, on the basis of analyzing the relation between the distribution of a loop current on the surface of the defect and the excitation magnetic field, the distribution of quasi-static magnetic flux leakage field is obtained based on the semi-infinite solenoid.

    Abstract: A lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor (LIGBT) and method for eliminating the transistor tail current. The lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor comprises the silicon substrate, the buried oxide, and the drift region, the channel region, ohm-contact-high-doping region, the cathode, the gate dielectric, the anode contact, the gate, the cathode contact, the anode, which are placed above the silicon substrate, the electric field intensifier is placed at the upper surface of the drift region between the anode and the channel region to generate an electric field that starts from anode and points to the bottom surface of the electric field intensifier. The electric field intensifier is isolated from the drift region by the dielectric. The invention realizes performance improvements for both the conduction and the switching behaviors of the LIGBT device.
