Abstract: An infrared temperature-measurement probe, including: a probe housing; a reflector; and a reflector adjusting mechanism. The probe housing includes an inner wall, an outer wall, a cooling channel sandwiched between the inner wall and the outer wall, a chamber surrounded by the inner wall, and a light transmission hole communicating with the chamber. The reflector includes a mirror and a mirror frame. The reflector adjusting mechanism includes a motion controller, a drive coupling, and three control rods. The reflector and the three control rods are disposed in the chamber of the probe housing. The motion controller is disposed outside the chamber of the probe housing. The drive coupling is disposed between the motion controller and the three control rods, and the motion controller is adapted to move each of the three control rods via the drive coupling. The mirror is imbedded in and is supported by the mirror frame.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for adding jitters to the edges of a pulse sequence, the pulse sequence which edges is needed to adding jitters to is sent to a first edge-pulse converter and a second edge-pulse converter respectively, and be converted into a rising edge pulse signal and a falling edge pulse signal. The rising edge pulse signal and the falling edge pulse signal are delayed by different fixed times, and for the edge pulse signal which is delayed shorter, it should be further delayed by a programmable delay circuit, thus the edge to which the jitter is added can be adjusted to a leading position or a lagging position according to a jitter data read out from a jitter data storage, so the synthesized pulse sequence with jitter-added edges can be used as test signal for jitter tolerance measurement.

Abstract: A speckle-free imaging light source based on a random fiber laser (RFL) using a strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber, relating to a field of optical fiber laser illumination light source, is provided, mainly including a pumping source and an optical fiber loop mirror, and further including the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber with/without a single-mode optical fiber. Through directly adopting the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber or combining the single-mode optical fiber with the strong-coupling multi-core optical fiber to serve as a main device in the RFL-based illumination light source, the generated RFL has multiple transvers modes and low spatial coherence which prevent speckle formation during illumination, which provides an ideal illumination light source for high-speed full-field speckle-free imaging technology.

The electric field intensifier is isolated from the drift region by the dielectric. Abstract: The present invention discloses an energy-saving deployment method of a virtual CDN. According to the historical flow data of the virtual CDN and the prediction model (ARIMA) in the controller, the network peak flow in the next time period is predicted. Next, the scale of the virtual CDN system at the next moment is calculated according to the peak flow. Meanwhile, several redundant servers are added to correct the prediction error. The network flow is aggregated to the desired virtual servers based on the calculation of the controller through a load balancer. In this way, the utilization rate of the virtual CDN system can be increased, and the energy consumed due to the higher utilization rate of the CDN system is saved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for retrieving atmospheric aerosol based on statistical segmentation. Firstly a multi-band remote sensing image including an apparent reflectance and an aerosol optical thickness look-up table corresponding to a retrieval band is obtained, then pixels are partitioned and screened according to apparent reflectance segments of a mid-infrared 2.1 micrometer band. After that the retained pixel sets are further partitioned and screened according to the apparent reflectance segments of the mid-infrared 1.6 micrometer band. Finally the obtained pixel sets are partitioned into two categories according to the pixel number, one category including pixels having more pixels, the other including those with less pixels.The category with more pixels is taken as the reference part for retrieval. Specifically, the pixel sets are first searched for the clean segment, then the ground surface reflectivity of the clean segment is taken as the ground surface reflectivity of the whole pixel set, thereby obtaining the aerosol thickness value through retrieval. After that these pixels are taken as references to perform retrieval on the other category.The present invention can improve accuracy and resolution of the retrieval result of the bright ground surface area, and is applied to a wider range.

Abstract: A resistorless CMOS low power voltage reference circuit is provided. The start-up circuit is used to prevent the circuit to stay in the zero state and stop working when the circuit gets out of the zero state. The self-biased VPTAT generating circuit generate the voltage VPTAT which has positive temperature coefficient. The square-law current generating circuit generates a square-law current which is proportional to μT2 through the VPTAT. Finally, the reference voltage VREF is obtained by introducing the square-law current into the reference voltage output circuit. The reference voltage VREF of this application can realize approximative zero temperature coefficient in the temperature range of −40° C.˜ 100° C. This application improves temperature characteristic which may be poorer due to temperature nonlinearity of carrier mobility based on the traditional subthreshold reference. This application can reduce the power consumption from μW level to nW level and realize low power consumption.
