    Abstract: A brake device for a drivable part, in particular for use for a vehicle flap, in particular in an automobile, includes a drivable load device (11) which can be radially brought into contact with a disc (90) of the drivable part, with a first holding position and a second release position. At least one brake element rests against the periphery (92) of the disc (90) in a frictional manner in the holding position and secures the disc (90) from rotating using a specifiable force. In the release position, the at least one brake element is arranged at a distance from the periphery of the disc (90) and allows a free run of the disc (90), and the load device (11) can be adjusted between the holding position and the release position, preferably by a motor (12). A brake device or a rotating drive with which a drivable part of the drive is secured against a displacement on the basis of the mass of the component to be displaced even when the motor is not being provided with power or is deactivated is achieved in that the first holding position and the second release position are each designed as a metastable holding position.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a positioning mechanism for holding a lid element of a vehicle in an intermediate position between a fully open position and a fully closed position. The positioning mechanism comprises a base component, a first friction block carrying a first friction surface, a counter surface, and an engagement element. The first friction block is supported on the base component via two pivotable first lever arms such that the two first lever arms, the friction block, and a portion of the base component form a first parallelogram. The counter surface faces the first friction surface and is arranged in parallel to the first friction surface such that the first friction surface and the counter surface define a movement channel extending along a movement channel direction. The engagement element is receivable in the movement channel and the first lever arms are inclined with respect to a movement channel direction.

    Abstract: A hinge includes a rotating shaft, two pivoting parts, and a seat. The rotating shaft includes a friction section and a protruding section coaxially extending from the friction section. Each of the pivoting parts includes a connecting piece and a sleeve piece. Each sleeve piece is extended from an edge side of the corresponding connecting piece, and bent and wrapped to form a sleeve hole. Each sleeve piece is configured to be sleeved on the friction section, and the two sleeve pieces on the peripheral surface of the friction section are bent and wrapped in different directions respectively. The seat includes a shaft hole. The friction section and the sleeve pieces are jointly arranged in the shaft hole, the connecting piece is fixed on the seat, and the protruding section protrudes out of the seat.

    Abstract: To provide a hinge device with an actuator unit such as a rotation dumper or the like which may omit engraving and may make appearance good by narrowing a joint. By a hinge device 3, a second member 2 is connected to a first member rotatably. A first cooperation part 11 of the hinge device 3 is rotatably fixed to the first member 1. A connection member 30 is connected to the first cooperation part 11 rotatably about a first axis line L1 and then is fixed rotatably to the second member 2. A second cooperation part 22 is connected to a connection member 30 rotatably about a second axis line L2 and then is made to cooperate with the first cooperation part 11. A first actuator 41 of an actuator unit 40 such as a rotation dumper or the like is fixed rotatably to the second cooperation part 22 and then a second actuator 42 is fixed rotatably to the second member 2. When the second member 2 is made to rotate, the second cooperation part 22 rotates about the first axis line L1 with respect to the first cooperation part 11 and rotates about the second axis line L2 with respect to the second actuator 42.
