Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers as prepared by the paper making process, a preparation method thereof, and an adhesion prevention barrier using the same. The present invention provides a single phase of medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers, to induce capillary action of micropores formed between the fibers and thereby control the gelation time, and provides a composite nonwoven fabric formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric layer comprising a different kind of biodegradable polymer material not susceptible to gelation on the single-phase of medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers, thereby improving dimensional stability and convenience of surgical procedure. The present invention further provides a dyed medical nonwoven fabric to improve visibility, allowing easiness of recognizing the placement or location of the medical nonwoven fabric.

Abstract: A flexible Ti—In—Zn—O transparent electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell includes a flexible transparent substrate, and a Ti—In—Zn—O thin-film on the flexible transparent substrate. The Ti—In—Zn—O thin-film has an amorphous structure. The flexible transparent electrode, despite being deposited at room or low temperature, has low surface resistance, high conductivity and transmittance, superior resistance against external bending, improved surface characteristics and better surface roughness performance.

Abstract: Provided are a preparation method of an epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group in which an increase in the epoxy equivalent weight (EEW) of the epoxy compound is minimized because alkoxysilylation occurs through a simple one-step reaction using a hydroxyl group formed during the synthesis of the epoxy compound, an epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group prepared by the method, a composition comprising the same, and a use thereof. The method includes the reaction of an epoxy compound having a hydroxyl group with an isocyanate alkoxysilane in the presence of amine-based base catalyst, wherein the epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group has a mole ratio of [epoxide group]:[alkoxysilyl group] of n:1 ranging from 2:1 to 10:1, and an EEW increase of the epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group is less than 260/n. The epoxy compound has good physical properties when being cured.

Abstract: A pure oxygen direct combustion system using a liquid metal according to the present invention comprises: a reactor for receiving a liquid metal; a heat exchanger, connected to the bottom of the reactor, for exchanging heat for the liquid metal; a circulation pump, connected to the heat exchanger, for circulating the incoming liquid metal; a nozzle, connected to the circulation pump and disposed on the reactor; a reduction unit, connected to the circulation pump, for performing a reduction for the oxidized liquid metal; and a separation unit, connected to the reactor and the reduction unit, wherein the particles of the liquid metal injected from the nozzle are subjected to sensible heat from the gas generated from the reactor, heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger and regenerated by the reduction unit, and then supplied back to the reactor.
