Abstract:
A semiconductor light emitting device includes a substrate; a plurality of light emitting cells disposed on the top surface of the substrate, the light emitting cells each having an active layer; a plurality of connection parts formed on the substrate with the light emitting cells formed thereon to connect the light emitting cells in a parallel or series-parallel configuration; and an insulation layer formed on the surface of the light emitting cell to prevent an undesired connection between the connection parts and the light emitting cell. The light emitting cells comprise at least one defective light emitting cell, and at least one of the connection parts related to the defective light emitting cell is disconnected.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device has a first semiconductor layer including a first circuit, a second semiconductor layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer and having a second circuit, and a via extending through portions of the first and second semiconductor layers and by which the first and second circuits are electrically connected. One of the circuits is a logic circuit and the other of the circuits is a memory circuit. The semiconductor device is manufactured by fabricating transistors of the logic and memory circuits on respective substrates, stacking the substrates, and electrically connecting the logic and memory circuits with a via.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a plug interlock device for a circuit breaker and a circuit breaker having the same, wherein a plug is not allowed to be separated from a connector while a breaker main body is moved from a test position to a run position or is running at the run position, thereby obviating the plug from being unexpectedly unplugged from the connector while the breaker main body is moved from the test position to the run position or is running, resulting in preventing a safety accident in advance.
Abstract:
A multimedia stream generating method for 3-dimensional (3D) reproduction of additional reproduction information is provided, the method includes generating a video elementary stream (ES), an audio ES, an additional data stream, and an ancillary information stream that respectively comprise video data, audio data related to the video data, data of additional reproduction information which is to be reproduced together with the video data on a display screen, and additional reproduction information depth information used for 3D reproduction of the additional reproduction information.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for generating a stream, and a method and apparatus for processing of the stream. The method of generating the stream includes: generating an elementary stream including three-dimensional (3D) image data providing a 3D image, and 3D detail information for reproducing the 3D image; generating a section including 3D summary information representing that a transport stream to be generated from the elementary stream provides the 3D image; and generating the transport stream with respect to the section and the elementary stream.
Abstract:
A method of generating a 3-dimensional (3D) image datastream is provided. The method includes generating an elementary stream including an encoded bit string of 3D image data; generating at least one packetized elementary stream by packetizing the elementary stream; generating at least one section including service related information of the 3D image data; inserting 3D image reproduction information for reproducing the 3D image data into a program guide information section from among the at least one section; generating at least one transport stream packet for each of the at least one section and the at least one packetized elementary stream; and generating a transport stream by multiplexing the at least one transport stream packet.
Abstract:
A method of transforming a 3D video format of a 3D video, the method including receiving a video sequence comprising 3D video that includes left-viewpoint video and right-viewpoint video; estimating at least one of disparity information between the left-viewpoint video and the right-viewpoint video and correlation information between neighboring pixel values of the left-viewpoint video and the right-viewpoint video, and determining a 3D video format of the 3D video based on a result of the estimating; transforming the left-viewpoint video and the right-viewpoint video into a format, based on the determined 3D video format; and displaying the transformed left-viewpoint video and the transformed right-viewpoint video three-dimensionally on a the display device.
Abstract:
A performance inspection system for an array ultrasound transducer includes: a driver for selectively applying an electric signal to all or some parts of constituent channels of the array ultrasound transducer; an acoustic power measurement unit for measuring an ultrasound acoustic power emitted from individual channels receiving the same voltage from the driver; a radiation conductance conversion unit for measuring a voltage signal applied to each channel although the driver applies different voltages to the individual channels, and converting the measured voltage into an ultrasound acoustic power acquired when the same voltage is applied to the channels; and a channel uniformity estimation unit for estimating uniformity of the acoustic power value acquired by the radiation conductance conversion unit or uniformity of acoustic power values of the individual channels measured under the same voltage.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a brushless vibration motor. A bracket has a burring part protruding upwards. A shaft is fitted at a first end thereof into the burring part. A stator comprises at least one coil which is provided on the upper surface of the bracket. The bearing is rotatably fitted over the circumferential outer surface of the shaft. The rotor has a rotor yoke fitted over the circumferential outer surface of the bearing, a magnet coupled to the rotor yoke, and a weight causing eccentric rotation. The stopper is provided on a second end of the shaft and is spaced apart from the upper end of the bearing to by a predetermined distance. The brushless vibration motor of the present invention has no a separate casing, thus enhancing spatial utilization.
