摘要: There is provided is a metal line structure in which no defect of blistering occurs on a surface of a Cu/Ni film or a Cu/Au/Ni film even if an Ni plating thickness is reduced. According to this metal line 1, in a Cu/Au/Ni film structure in which an Au film 13 and a Cu film 15 are successively laminated by electroless plating on an Ni film 12 formed by electroless plating, the Ni film 12 has a phosphorus content x of 10 wt %≦x≦15 wt %. It was discovered through experiments that the so-called high phosphorus content type Ni film 12 having a phosphorus content x of 10 to 15 percent by weight became a fine smooth film under a condition of a film thickness of 0.1 &mgr;m or greater.

摘要: A material flow control device for controlling flows of a plurality of work species within a production system measures the two-stage engagement amounts and the output amounts of respective work species in respective controlled units, and calculates the evaluation values for respective work species in the respective controlled units as a function of: the difference (or the ratio) of the measured engagement amount and a reference engagement amount; and the difference (or the ratio) of the measured output amount and the reference output amount. The order of dispensation from the upstream controlled units are determined in accordance with the priority determined by the evaluation values for the respective work species.

摘要: A planar illumination device includes a light source unit, including a substantially planar emitting surface, configured to emit light to illuminate a substantially planar object, and a frame, formed in a frame shape enclosing the light source unit, disposed on an outer circumferential side of the light source unit, configured to hold the light source unit. The frame includes a reflecting part configured to reflect the light, and an absorbing part, formed integral with at least a part of an outer circumferential surface of the reflecting part, configured to absorb the light. The reflecting part and the absorbing part include joint interface therebetween that is inclined to a direction vertical to the emitting surface.

摘要: A planar lighting device in which workability of filling process of filler for heat radiation is improved and heat generated from a point-like light source is efficiently radiated so as to achieve higher brightness is provided. In a planar lighting device according to the present invention provided with a light guide plate and a point-like light source arranged on a side end face of the light guide plate, a radiator plate made of a bottom portion and a side wall is further provided, a circuit board on which the point-like light source is mounted is fixed along the side wall, and a recess portion holding a filler for heat radiation is formed at a position corresponding to the point-like light source in the side wall. By this arrangement, determination of an appropriate application amount of the filler for heat radiation and management and storage after application are facilitated and the workability of the filing process can be improved.

摘要: There is provided a spread illuminating apparatus to ensure excellent light conductivity. A cover is integrally provided over a transparent substrate sandwiching a fluid (cushioning material) of a gel, liquid, or gaseous substance. With this structure, dust generated in assembly process is prohibited from getting on the transparent substrate, and even when other members or an assembly machine hit and bend the cover during the assembly process, the bending is absorbed by the fluid, and a light reflection pattern formed on the transparent substrate is protected against damages, whereby excellent light conductivity can be maintained.
