摘要: A digital compensation phase locked loop circuit of a semiconductor device includes a phase locked loop circuit including a voltage controlled oscillator having capacitors at oscillation nodes and consecutively controlled by an applied voltage, and a digital compensation circuit which variably controls the capacitors at the oscillation nodes of the voltage controlled oscillator in accordance with an input phase difference. A gain of the conventional voltage controlled oscillator whose gain is determined by an applied voltage is discretely changed by a control signal of the digital compensation circuit. The digital compensation circuit dynamically controls the gain so as to secure the optimum phase margin by applying a load (capacitor) to the oscillation node of the voltage controlled oscillator with respect to a phase lead and decreasing the load (capacitor) with respect to a phase delay.

摘要: An eye-opening margin measurement method for a high-speed serial data reception circuit which uses a circuit for eye-opening margin measurement involving operation of a clock data recovery circuit without fixing the clock phase. In this method, an error acceleration test can also be made on received data by giving an offset pulse signal to phase information to add a jitter component. The method uses a semiconductor integrated circuit device which includes a serializer/deserializer circuit (SerDes) for receiving serial data and a reference serializer/deserializer circuit (Ref_SerDes) for receiving an accompanying clock signal. The SerDes circuit converts received serial data into parallel data through a recovery clock whose phase is controlled using phase control signal P_CS generated by the Ref_SerDes circuit. An offset pulse signal Offset_Pulse from the pulse-forming circuit is applied to the phase control signal P_CS to make eye-opening margin measurement.

摘要: The present invention is to allow prompt and reliable synchronization of belonging information management table even in environments where there is a possibility of receiving update notification information from a plurality of wireless base stations, without needing unnecessarily large traffic for synchronization of belonging information management table. Wireless base station stores belonging information management table, to which belonging information of a terminal belonging to the base station is associated with, to new/old judgment information for judgment of new/old of update. Belonging information update unit performs update of belonging information including the new/old judgment information thereof. Further, upon receiving update notification information from other wireless base station, the belonging information update unit updates the belonging information management table based on the update notification information. The update notification information includes at least updated portion in the belonging information and new/old judgment information.

摘要: A display device comprises a microcapsule-containing layer including a plurality of microcapsules. A variation of the outer diameters of the microcapsules can be defined by an average value and a CV value. Each of the microcapsules is comprised of: a shell having an inner surface; contact particles electrically charged and provided within the shell in an contact state that the contact particles are in contact with the inner surface of the shell; and a scattering body for scattering light; or a colored particles having a different hue from the hue of the contact particles. The display device further comprises a pair of electrodes that when an electrical voltage is applied to between the pair of electrodes, electrical fields to act on the contact particles are generated. The average value of the outer diameters of the microcapsules is in the range of 20 to 60 μm, and the CV value of the outer diameters of the microcapsules is 20% or less. In a case where the electrical voltage is applied to between the pair of electrodes, the contact particles are moved along the inner surface of the shell while maintaining the contact state with the inner surface of the shell.

摘要: A client computer of the invention utilizes a printer driver for a distribution source printer to send a print job to the distribution source printer. The distribution source printer distributes each print job sent with setting of a preset second port number to multiple distribution destination printers. The client computer includes: a storage unit that stores a first printer driver with property information including specification of a port number, which is specified and used for transmission of each print job and is currently set to a preset first port number, as one printer driver for the distribution source printer; and a printer driver generation module that, in response to an externally given instruction, duplicates the property information of the first printer driver read from the storage unit and changes the port number included in the duplicated property information of the first printer driver to the preset second port number, which is different from the preset first port number, so as to generate a second printer driver as another printer driver for the distribution source printer. This arrangement enables the first printer driver and the second printer driver having the different settings of the port number included in the property information to be readily provided in the client computer as multiple different printer drivers for the distribution source printer.
