    摘要: The present invention relates to a mutant G-CSF fusion protein. The mutant G-CSF fusion protein is a fusion protein having the activity of stimulating the proliferation of neutrophilic granulocytes, and having a basic structure of G-CSF/carrier protein or carrier protein/G-CSF; wherein the G-CSF moiety comprises multipoint substitutions thus resulting in changes in biological activity and binding affinity. Compared with existing products, the mutant G-CSF fusion protein in the present invention has longer half-life and higher biological activity. Administration of the pharmaceutical preparation containing this mutant G-CSF fusion protein could be used in the treating neutropenia.

    摘要: A method including: receiving, through a wireless channel, a plurality of modulated signals at a plurality of antennas, wherein each antenna receives a corresponding modulated signal; generating a plurality of autocorrelated signals by autocorrelating the plurality of modulated signals; determining whether a signal strength associated with each modulated signal is (i) below a threshold or (ii) above the threshold; for each modulated signal having a signal strength below the threshold, disabling the antenna that received the modulated signal having the signal strength below the threshold; combining the modulated signals having a signal strength above the threshold; generating weighted autocorrelated signals based on (i) the plurality of autocorrelated signals and (ii) the combined modulated signals; generating a combined weighted signal by summing the weighted autocorrelation signals; demodulating the combined weighted signal; and determining a state of the wireless channel based on the demodulation of the combined weighted signal.

    摘要: Systems, circuits and methods for phase-shifting pulse width modulated signal generation are disclosed. In some embodiments, a phase-shifting pulse width modulation circuit is configured to output pulses based on an input pulse width modulated signal. The pulses are staggered relative to one another, and can be received by a light-emitting diode driver for driving a light-emitting diode string at one or more time periods. The phase-shifting pulse width modulation circuit can include a counter-based programmable delay subcircuit consisting of two counter-based programmable delay blocks.

    摘要: System(s) and method(s) are provided for power management in an electronic display via compensation of a power source of a light-emitting-diode (LED) backlighting system. A compensation feedback loop includes a load-aware controller that receives the load condition from a dimming controller and supplies a control signal to the power source. An efficiency regulator functionally connected the backlight circuitry closes the compensation feedback loop and provides an input signal to the load-aware controller. The dimming controller implements phase-shifted pulse-modulation dimming, which based on duty cycle can establish a dimming equilibrium with two load conditions. The load aware controller includes a set of compensation blocks arranged in parallel, with a single compensation block connected to the input signal and that provides the control signal. A selector component in the load aware controller determines a compensation block to be connected to the compensation feedback loop based on the received load condition.

    摘要: A technique has been developed to fabricate micro- or nanopumps based on porous alumina thin films. The main body of the nanopump consists of a porous alumina thin film (containing nano-sized channels of about 40-300 nm in diameter) with conductive surfaces (e.g. Au coating layers) on both sides of the film. Through the fabrication of nanochannels in (the alumina films) and the subsequent annealing and surface activation processes, high-efficiency micro- or nanopumps can be made. The nanofluidic flow through the nanochannels of the alumina thin films is driven by an electric field with no moving parts. The flow rate (up to 50 millilitres/(min·cm2)) of water through the alumina thin film can be continuously tuned through the intensity of the electric field, i.e., the DC electric potential applied across the nanochannels.
