    摘要: In a substrate of a printed circuit, a metal foil is mounted onto at least one of the outermost surfaces of a laminate made of a plurality of glass fiber woven fabrics impregnated with synthetic resin, and heated and pressed. Warps and wefts of the glass fiber fabrics filamentated their filaments. The synthetic resin enters gaps among the opening filaments so that the vertically laminated glass fiber fabrics including the opening fibers are integrally jointed with each other. Warps and wefts of the glass fiber fabrics may have their surfaces made fuzzy so that the synthetic resin enters fuzzy filaments. Furthermore, the thus produced substrate may be used as a multilayer printed circuit substrate.

    摘要: A pretensioner comprising a gas generating unit; a pretensioner body to whose inside the gas is supplied; a spool driving member disposed inside the pretensioner body and causing a spool to rotate to retract webbing onto the spool; a gas flow rate adjusting portion disposed in the spool driving member and whose inner peripheral shape is set in accordance with a flow rate of the gas to be passed through the gas flow rate adjusting portion; and a filter unit having a vent portion that is communicated with a space between the gas generating unit and the spool driving member and is also communicated with the gas flow rate adjusting portion. The open shape of the gas flow rate adjusting portion has a portion that does not coincide in a plan view with the open shape of the vent portion, and the overall open area of the vent portion is set larger than the open area of the gas flow rate adjusting portion.

The electronic control device casing comprises: a casing body having an opening in its upper face portion for casing a printed circuit board; a cover made of a sheet material for closing the opening of the casing body; a groove portion formed in the open edge portion of the casing body; a liquid sealing material fitted in the groove portion for sealing the open edge portion of the casing body and the flange portion of the cover; and a ridge portion having a generally U-shaped section and formed on the flange portion of the cover for being fitted in the groove portion of the casing body.

    摘要: Suction ports corresponding to individual cylinder bores are formed in a partition plate. A refrigerant feeder channel is provided on a rear wall of a rear housing whose internal space is partitioned chiefly into a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. A structural wall of the refrigerant feeder channel constitutes an integral part of the rear housing. The refrigerant feeder channel is formed from an outer cylindrical wall of the rear housing, extends across the discharge chamber and opens into the suction chamber. An outflow opening of the refrigerant feeder channel has a slanting edge so that it opens toward the partition plate. The outflow opening is so positioned that its center lies on an axis of a rotary shaft.

    摘要: A compressor comprises a drive shaft supported in a housing, a piston accommodated in a cylinder bore and connected to the drive plate, a valve plate for separating the cylinder bore from the suction chamber and the discharge chamber. A discharge passage passes through the housing and the valve plate to connect the discharge chamber to the external circuit. Gas is sent from the discharge chamber to the external circuit through the discharge passage. A check valve is located on the valve plate to selectively open and close the discharge passage. The check valve checks gas flow from the external circuit to the discharge chamber. This prevents the pressure in the crank chamber from increasing to an excessive degree.
