摘要： The present invention relates to a sensing device of an emotion signal and a method thereof capable of recognizing and analyzing the change in emotion by collecting at least one of the bio signals and peripheral environmental signals, guiding the state of emotion to a user, and sharing emotion information with authorized persons and communicating it between them. The sensing device of the emotion signal according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a sensing signal processor that senses a plurality of bio signals and peripheral environment signals of a user; an emotion signal processor that generates emotion signals representing the emotional state of the user for each of the sensed bio signals and collects the emotion signals to generate an emotion index; and an emotion signal communication unit that optionally transmits the emotion signals and the emotion index to external authorized devices.

摘要： A method for recognizing an image photographed by a camera and translating characters in connection with an electronic dictionary is provided. The method includes directly selecting an area to be recognized from the photographed character image and performing character recognition, translating and recognizing characters of a user's selected word in connection with dictionary data, and displaying translation result information of user's selected character or word in connection with dictionary data on a screen device. The recognition includes providing information on location of the selected character image area and location of the recognized character string words to the user, and then translating a character string or word in a location area selected by the user. The electronic dictionary-connected search and translation is for searching the character or word selected in connection with the electronic dictionary database, and providing translation result to the user.

摘要： An apparatus for a single chip package using Land Grid Array (LGA) coupling is provided. The apparatus includes a multi-layer substrate, at least one integrated circuit chip, and a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The a multi-layer substrate has at least one substrate layer, has at least one first chip region and at least one second chip region in a lowermost substrate layer, configures a transmission line transition of a vertical structure for transmitting a signal from at least one integrated circuit chip coupled in the first chip region in a coaxial shape or in a form of a Co-Planar Waveguide guide (CPW), and has an LGP coupling pad for connecting with a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in the lowermost layer. The at least one integrated circuit chip is coupled in the first chip region and the second chip region. The PCB is connected with the multi-layer substrate using the LGA coupling via the LGA coupling pad.

摘要： Provided is a method for preparing a compound semiconductor substrate. The method includes coating a plurality of spherical balls on a substrate, growing a compound semiconductor epitaxial layer on the substrate coated with the spherical balls while allowing voids to be formed under the spherical balls, and cooling the substrate on which the compound semiconductor epitaxial layer is grown so that the substrate and the compound semiconductor epitaxial layer are self-separated along the voids. The spherical ball treatment can reduce dislocation generations. In addition, because the substrate and the compound semiconductor epitaxial layer are separated through the self-separation, there is no need for laser lift-off process.
