    摘要: The characteristics of a heat radiation member used in a semiconductor module are improved.A heat radiation member (10A) including an aluminum type member (20) which contains aluminum and a copper type member (30) which contains copper, which is embedded in the aluminum type member (20), and sides of which are enclosed by the aluminum type member (20) is formed. A semiconductor element is thermally bonded to the heat radiation member (10A) to fabricate a semiconductor module. The heat radiation member (10A) includes the aluminum type member (20) and the copper type member (30). As a result, it is possible to realize light weight while ensuring certain heat radiation. In addition, the copper type member (30) is enclosed by the aluminum type member (20). Accordingly, the strength of the heat radiation member (10A) can be increased.

    摘要: A combustor structure of a gas turbine, in which a sheet-like vibration damper, which resonates with the air vibration in the intake chamber and absorbs the energy of the air vibration, is attached to the inner wall of the casing by an attaching member via a space.The sheet-like vibration damper is made of a single-layered thin flat plate or multi-layered thin flat plates. In case of the multi-layered thin flat plate, the air vibration energy in the intake chamber is absorbed not only by resonance but also by friction among the multi-layered thin plates. The sheet-like vibration damper may be made of a three-dimensional profile member having an inner space in which the attaching member is housed. If the thin flat plates are used, the surface areas thereof are not identical. If the three-dimensional profile members are used, the volumes of the inner spaces are not identical. Consequently, the sheet-like vibration damper can absorb and attenuate the vibration energy of different frequencies. If holes to connect spaces on opposite sides of the sheet-like vibration damper are formed in the sheet-like vibration damper, the air circulates between the spaces on opposite sides of the sheet-like vibration damper. Thus, the sheet-like vibration damper easily vibrates.

    摘要: An acoustic damper is fixed to a vibration source to be provided along an outer surface of the vibration source, forms a passage that takes in air vibration generated by the vibration source, and is provided with an acoustic portion having a partition member closing the downstream side of the passage with respect to the propagation of the air vibration to serve as resistance against the air vibration, in which the acoustic portion allows air vibration to propagate in a reverse direction, and has partition members arranged so as to serve as resistance against the air vibration in respective directions. This allows to prevent from generating stress due to pressure fluctuation caused when reducing vibration, and to achieve a relatively compact size.
